Love this but wish it were possible to fine tune the editing before accepting the card. The mouth is off, some of the photos I tried to use absolutely didn't fit.
I received an e-mail from JibJab stating that they charged my Paypal account on an automatic payment I sent up some years ago. Thinking that I canceled the automatic payment, I then sent JibJab customer service an e-mail to correct their error. The site said I would hear back within 48 hours. I then double checked my JibJab account and as it turned out, I didn't cancel the auto payment so it was my error not theirs, and I resigned myself to the payment. But within a couple of hours after all this -not 48 hours- I got an e-mail from JibJab customer service saying they canceled my auto payment and refunded me the money- just like that! (JibJab!). Naturally I am a very satisfied customer- they did good and I appreciate it.
Hilarious results! Received a really positive reaction from friends and family who had suddenly become the "celebrities" of their own eCards.
Jib Jab is funny and entertaining as well as easy to use.
My interest will be to see how Jib Jab changes what it offers as far as product. Mixing up the product line will be the only thing to keep it fresh.
More sports themes would be appreciated. We all celebrate what our kids are doing and having sports alternatives like "Take me Out to The Ballgame" would be great.
There were so many pictures to chose from, i was very surprised i will use jibjab for birthdays etc esp for my grandchildren

I've literally tried to cancel this membership FEOM DAY ONE!!! My son made a video and clicked on the membership making a mistake. We've NEVER made another video. I can't Conact them to cancel and get my money back. It's AWFUL AND SO INCREDIBLY DISSAPOINTING. I'M A SINGLE MUM STRUGGLING AND PEOPLE DO THIS TO OTHERS. IT'S REALLY NASTY!!
Wonderful. Lots of fun and very clever. It has given me a whole new approach to sending cards! Love this.
Its user friendly platform that is painless to upload photos and crop them. Really enjoy the vmusic videos section. I think the next step would to broaden the playing field with more selections of movie clips and music videos and possibly to get current media as an option such as late night talk show samples to jibjab or HBO programs.
Half of what they have is very good and half is so so. Most videos are from when I joined 8 years ago. Takes too long for new videos to come out and when they do, they are often only okay. But they will come out with some really good ones once in awhile. Two new videos a month would be great, but I don't see that happening. Not really worth the money in my opinion.
I have had a few issues with 'missing' delivery of 'send it later' mailings. Not sure if it was the recipients server or? I am monitoring the situation, making sure if I have not heard from the recipient I will check with them etc.
Otherwise, great fun!
Enjoy your card. Just wish you made more cards for only person. As I am one person, with no brothers or sisters to use. I use my dog when I have to and two different pictures of me.
I experienced a problem paying by Paypal. The costumer service gave me a real quick respons and solved my problem immidiatly.

Ordered subscription in May, 2016 specifically to send a Jib Jab to my Mother for Mother's Day and never used it again. A matter of fact, I had forgotten that I even had joined. My account was debited the auto renewal amount so I went to *******@jibjab.com and sent a detailed email. In the meantime, there was a link that said 10 Frequently asked... so I clicked there and there were very easy to follow instructions to remove the auto renew from my account as well as request a refund; so I filled these "short" items out as well. By the time I had gotten done with that, I had an email that thanked me for using Jib Jab and that my auto renew was disabled and my refund would be back in my account in 3-5 days. WOW... that is A+++++ Customer Service and a clear sign this is an up and up company!

Why not make it possible to buy a single card at a time rather than having to sign up for a subscription?
Easy to create. Very entertaining card. Recepient liked very much. Will use software again for future birthdays.
