I signed up, gave my information, and was unable to make a card, and gave up after several attempts. Wished I would not have signed up.

Attempted to customize facial photo of video clip. I followed all instructions and uploaded a facial picture to overlay the one in the video but after the update completed, it didn't reflect the uploaded picture.

Confusing at first but once figured out the experience was on the (my) mark. I of course will do it again

I have sent several JibJab mothers day cards and NONE have been opened even though I have received emails from every one of those to whom I sent. I will be asking for a refund within the allowed 30 days.

Hi, I like the different music video but I miss HD quality because it is not well displayed in my tv. Sd quality is not in accordance with the faces inserted.

I signed up and thought I would get I 30 days try out, but instead I had to pay for a whole year which I though I had to do after the first 30 days...

I send these a lot for work. Everyone loves them! They all say how funny they are. You need more holidays from around the world.

We paid for a new subscription because we wanted to make downloadable e-files like we had done in the past to use in a slideshow for our nephew High School graduation, just to discover the feature is no longer offered. Respectfully

I know that these are really a fun way to surprise people for their celebrations. But I also wish there were more child centered song choices.

Please clear this up so I an use the app to text your jib jab cards I bought a membership but didn't get the texting version or explanation on how to access it. Love your stuff. Used a like to purchase but confused how to use and if I have the app

Really enjoyed putting this card together. The cards are great! Just one thing. I was sending the card through JibJab. I input all my emails and after I had put all the emails addresses in it told me that I could only send it to 15 people at a time. Just so you know. I would also prefer to be asked if I want to renew rather than it being an automatic renewal in a year's time (which might suit a lot of peple)

User friendly reasonably priced nice to have more selection some in e. G birthdays do reflect the category like say happy birthday but good all the same

I love it. JibJab is so entertaining. I have never laughed so much. Awesome site. It is never ending fun. I have made several music videos. They all were great. A constant ball of laughed. O matter who is starting. JibJab is a huge hit with me. Money well spent. Can t stop thinking what video to make next. Thanks JibJab
