My JibJab card did not go through to the recipient, I had to forward the message sent back to me from JibJab

Re-upping was easy, happy to do it to have access to these very funny ecards for all occasions... I have to write 100 characters but have nothing more to say

For several years, I've sent the personalized videos out. Even if receivers use Jib Jab themselves, it's always a hit for them to see themselves starring in a dance or song. Can't miss!

According to the header where it said $1.50 a month it seemed as though you could sign up for 1 month of a subscription, but instead it charged me for an entire year when I only wanted to sign up for a month.

JibJab allows users to create very personalized and hilarious e-cards for their loved ones! The $1.50 a month price is TOTALLY worth it! Way better than giving a boring, unfunny card.

It does my heart good to make my friends and family laugh. JimJab adds a much-needed ingredient to making their day special. Thank you for doing this.

I cancelled immediately because I thought i was going to be charged per MONTH. Not for the entire YEAR. I needed a one time use.

It was easy to navigate and put together some fun clips to send to my wife for Mother's Day.My wife really enjoyed what was put together and sent to her.

Site a slightly difficult and does not have enough options. You can add more themes. Dragging the photo to the card is difficult to see and should be larger when designing.

I have been using JibJab for years now and can always find something fun to personalize and send out to family and friends. I think they do an amazing job. Thanks for the hard work and providing laughs for us.

OK... so the product delivered as promised, but experience totally trashed by a money-grabbing approach to customers. Don't lock people into a full year just to drive your own revenue... some other options might be appreciated by consumers don't you think?

Make it clear the transaction is in USD. More unpleasant surprises once the exchange rate shows up on your statement.

Disappointing experience.
