I ordered a product using PayPal. I did not receive the product, even though it showed delivered. I opened a dispute with PayPal. Jeulia sent and email saying they could not resolve the problem unless I closed the PayPal dispute. Guess what - closed the dispute - Jeulia did nothing. I am very unhappy!

I ordered a ring, received said ring the marquee stone is loose, it rattles around. I have followed the instructions for an exchange and they only send you a generic email response asking for the same information that you just sent. Phone number does not work, and the live chat is not live chat you send your information and question just to get a message they are offline. Filing complaint with my credit card company first thing in the morning.

Purchased a black ring and within four days the black had worn off. Send emails and Facebook messages with pictures, recieved the generic please send your order number message. Then nothing no apology no attempt at a resolution. Awful company and disgraceful customer service. Ring is also cheaply made which I wouldn't mind if it didn't cost over $209 aud. Stick to sapphire studios the company they steal their skull ring designs off anyway

I ordered a ring on 12/7 and was charged immediately. It is now 1/22 and not only have I not received my ring but I have tried to
E mail, call and "live chat" without a response. I am so very disappointed. I want a refund and will pursue this. Terrible company, will never purchase anything from them again.

I received the ring for Christmas. Unfortunately my husband ordered the wrong size but more importantly I was very displeased with the ring. It was grim. Looking and nothing like I saw online. I began calling customer service the first number was disconnected, I found another number and then after being on hold it would disconnec. Everytime I tried. I then tried online chat. I was told to email pics and they would sent me return instructions. I did that and the only response I would receive was. That my email. Had been received. Is this a ploy to get past the 30 day return period. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get clear information and to acquire the return address. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was going to order a different ring but I can't even get a true response to my return inquiry. Terrible customer service. Is beginning to seem like a HUGE SCAM!

Have yet to receive my order! Called several times being hung up on after the initial recording telling me someone would be with me in a moment... finally spoke to someone who said order was held up in customs and they would send a new order out to me and I'd receive it in a week... THAT was 3 weeks ago!

A week after I ordered I messaged the company asking when it would ship. They replied within 6 hours and attached the shipping information. I received it 3 days later. My ring is beautiful, the packaging was very nice! I will definitely be ordering from this company again. I hope my ring wears well because I love it!

I dont normally buy things over the internet which involves jewellery as I never know what I am going to get. My partner and I waited eagerly for the ring set to arrive and we were not disappointed. I am totally in love with this set, it is everything that I wanted and more. The sapphire in the engagement ring is amazing, larger than what I expected and when I followed the ring guide (being from Australia)my ring fitted perfectly. I would recommend Jeulia to everyone who is wanting quality. Oh and PS... when I got my ring set it was beautifully wrapped, with a cleaning cloth... amazing service. Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
