I bought 2 rings from Jeulia Jewellery and receive in about one month plus since I am not in a rush I didn't mind the waiting time. However the rings were to huge for me therefore I decide to get an exchange. I asked the customer service and they said to return back and gave me the return address. That was early September. I return the address immediately via Registered mail since the rings are expensive did not want it go missing. After a month I tracked the items. It shows that it reach US. But Jeulia Jewellery claimed they did not receive the item. I checked with my local postal service and said it has been mail to the return address given. Jeulia Jewellery deny until one fine day they found the return items. Tht was in early December. In their email, it states they will give a tracking number for the new item in 2-3 days but till now 27. 1. 17, I have not received. I even emailed them but no reply till now. DONT EVER TRUST JEULIA JEWELLERY. THEY ARE A CHEATING AND CONNING COMPANY.

Jeulia does not inform their customers about any importing duties which are almost 50% of the total item's value and then refuses to pay the full value of the item once you complain about the extra costs stating that they themselves were not aware of import duties. As a company dealing woth importing of goods on a daily basis I find this absolutely ridiculous as they had to be aware of the extra costs the customer has to pay. I will not refer anyone to Jeulia as they take their customers for a ride by not stating anything about the fact that they import their goods nor that the customer is responsible for any Import duties payable. Utterly disappointed in Jeulia.

I ORDERED 3 RINGS, TOOK THE FREE SHIPPING FOR 25+ DAYS, WAS NOT IN A RUSH... THE SITE WOULD NOT TAKE THE COUPON IT KEPT FLASHING, SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPOKE TO A REP WHO IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF PROVIDING THE DIFFERENCE BACK TO PAYPAL. WAS A BIT HARD TO UNDERSTAND HIM, SO I WAS SKEPTICAL BUT SURE ENOUGH ALMOST $100 WAS REFUNDED FOR THE DISCOUNT. AND I GOT THE RINGS WITHIN A MONTH. THEY TRULY ARE BEAUTIFUL, JUST ORDERED 3 MORE!

I ordered my ring on December 18,2016 and still have not received it, I have had numerous chats with Eric, Linda, Crystal and god knows who else, they all tell me the same thing, I paid for a product that I am not getting, they keep saying be patient it is now the 25th of January and still not ring and I am out the money. The tracking number that they gave me is not working and then they turned around and gave me a bogus tracking number I guess just to shut me up because they had no answers. I am truly disappointed in this company and am tired of the all the lies that they are telling me. Just tell the truth where the hell is my ring?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company sends out a few orders but simply rips off the rest of the customers. Ordered a ring in early Dec. Never came, they did however take my money. Numerous emails and if and when you get a response, it's always the same return email, to the letter, just an automatic response. The company is located in Communist China and they are ripping of Americans and then probably selling your credit card info.

My boyfriend ordered my ring, it arrived and was to small. He emailed, and they were prompt in having him "pay" for another ring at the bigger size and him sending the current ring back (which he did) that was in November. I got a tracking number LT*******CN that said it processed thru the facility on November 28th that is the last we have heard. We emailed and asked what was going on and were told that we could re-pay for another ring and shipping. How does that work? We already paid for a ring we haven't received.

I had always wanted a wedding ring set that was more 'me' I really don't get into traditional things and I am a lover of skulls and black stones. My husband found the perfect set for me on our 15th wedding anniversary made by Jeulia, it took 7 days to recieve them and they came in absolutely beautiful packaging and I couldn't be happier with my high set black diamond wedding set with handcrafted skulls that mean more to me than I could ever imagine! I will definitely be getting all of my jewelry from Jeulia from now on!

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment. Now you can see the silver peeking through):
