I placed an order on January 13,2017 and have not heard anything from your company. It's been 24 days and still no updates. Payment has already been made but without any merchandise. What kind of service do you provide. I was provided a tracking # and Shipment # which is useless. I sent them a 2nd email today following up regarding my order. Hopefully someone responds to my request. I'm so disappointed with this company. This is very poor service :(

I fell in love with a ring I kept seeing on FB and IG. I then purchased it and never received it. I called multiple times, e-mailed and have since filed a claim with Paypal. I have called many times and the automated system put the call on hold and after a minute hangs up. I have never received a reply to my inquires and now when I "Tracked my Order" on the website, it shows "PayPal Reversed" however, the refund was never sent to Paypal. I too wish I would have read the reviews before ordering.
Also, the site states FREE SHIPPING - ALL Orders. I was also charged $20 for shipping on a $64 item $20! Of which I did not approve and saw AFTER I hit Pay Now!

What you see in the other reviews here is exactly how it went for me. Deceptive business practices (they advertise "Free Shipping" all over the site, but the default shipping is "expedited", which is $20. Don't recall even seeing an option for shipping and didn't expect one, because it says FREE FREAKING SHIPPING!). The site says "easy, hassle free returns"---NOT. (DO NOT REMOVE THE TAG, or there is no returning it.) And the product looks cheap in person--not like in their videos. To top it off, their customer service is awful. SO pissed off right now.

You cheat your customer! You have crappy customer service. You are trying to make us believe you are an American company by using a San Francisco address yet you ship from China. You sometimes send a tracking number which would make your customers calm but they are China tracking numbers and they do the customer no good. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will lose your money or get an item you will not be happy with.

I placed an order 10 days ago have not got a status paid $20 extra for rush shipping 1-4 days I called and cannot get anyone on the phone it holds for 30 seconds then automatically hangs up on you. I mail a letter to each of these offices last week. It outlined this sale I had with you, and the second sale that I wanted to return for a refund. I did return it but no refund. You keep giving me the runaround. The information will be logged at BBB and the lawsuit will begin from the state of Texas. You can avoid paying any additional fees and just give me the credit that you are supposed to. The attorney general office will not play games with you.

I purchased a ring on 12/9/2016, I emailed them to return it, I put in the mail and today is 2/2 and I had to dispute the charge since they wouldn't refund my money. I tried being nice about it by waiting. The quality if the ring looks like something you get out of a Cracker Jack box

I contacted this company to return a ring soon after I bought it. They make it extremely difficult to return. The ring comes with a paper (plastic) tag on it. If you remove this to try it on, they will not take it back. They require the tag to be on it and a picture of the ring and after a dozen emails jumping through hoops they finally agreed to refund a partial amount. Now I received a email that they removed my review. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE FINE WITH KEEPING THE ITEM EVEN IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO!

I received my ring yesterday. It's exquisite! It's very sparkly and looks like the real thing. It looks extremely expensive. I chose a ring with white and champagne stones. The champagne color is not too yellow or orange or peach. It's just right. It fits perfectly. I chose the DHL shipping and the ring arrived very quickly. No problems at all!
Ordered the ring on Dec 4th 2016 here it is Jan 31st and still no ring. They never sent me a confirmation e-mail or tracking number but I was able to get the tracking number through the chat. Its been in Chinese customs approved to be shipped out since Dec 7th. Ive talked to the chat people who said It was already in US but tracking it says otherwise. Was told on Jan 13th to just wait one more week and if it didn't show up they'd re-send it. Ive sent 2 e-mail messages through the chat since no one has been available to talk to and I can't get anyone to respond to me. Really ticked off right now.

I ordered my ring December 5,2016. I knew it would take a while, so I was pretty patient. When I didn't receive it by the middle of January, I contacted them through their live chat (it takes a while). They refunded me half my money, but told me to wait until January 31 to receive the ring before they would refund the other half. That was fair. I finally received my ring on January 30. It is a very pretty ring, and I am glad to have waited. It came in a beautiful package which makes me believe they are really trying. If I ever did order from them again, I would not choose the free shipping. It just takes way too long. I can't give them 5 stars because of that. But I thought they were helpful when I contacted them (live chat) and the ring is very pretty. Therefore, I will give them 3 stars.

Ordered a ring but when it came I didn't like it. Emailed to return and was told to send pictures (the day after I received). Finally got instructions for return and ordered a new ring. After waiting over a month I emailed and was told it was sent out on November 13th and got a tracking number. Checked the # and to date it's still waiting in China for delivery. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company and got my money back. My first clue should have been the elementary grammar in their emails.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
