Its funny how i was looking for a promise ring for my girlfriend. I saw a beautiful infinity ring on the website. However they didnt have the size. I decided to call amd when i called i got a person who could barely explain anything and sounded scripted. So i then decided to send a mail regarding size availability. While waiting for a repsonse i was checking online for other rings out there and it so happens that they had another exactly the same for atleast half the price. Only thing was different was the name JUELIA writing on the inner part of the ring as shown in their pics. My advise please make sure u do ur homework when purchasing. Because as per others, clearly you will have to wait to mayb get a refund or answer.

I placed an order #******* a few weeks ago. I called the customer service number Monday about my order. They said to call back today (two days later). When I called today, I get a Verizon message saying the number has been disconnected and no longer in service. Is this a scam?

I purchase the infinity band. Wore the ring less then a week and the stones started falling out one by one. I returned it, gave them a tracking# like they requested. 2 weeks later no response and no refund!

Have ordered on of your gorgeous rings but after a month still have not received it. Can't call because the call never goes thru. Can't email cause they never respond. So yes I highly recommend that you do not waste your time and money on this company! They are a rip off!

No delivery

I ordered a customized ring, and as per the website it take 10 days for manufacturing, and then 3-5 days shipping, tracking the progress of my order, never any updates, tried calling them, sending email with no reply, eventually they replied on a Facebook message, and even there they apologized and said they will send a request through to the production manager to speed up the process. They can not give me an estimate time of when it will be ready to ship, they are stalling the whole process. Surely there should be a way to shut down their website as I am clearly not the only one who did not receive my order

Amazing

Ring is amazing! Came quickly because I paid for it. People the rings are inexpensive so pay the extra $20 for faster shipping! Only issue I had was they closed for their spring festival and didn't put that anywhere on their site other than that i will order again!

I ordered my ring 01/07. Never received the ring. Cannot get anyone to answer my emails, phone calls or any correspondence I have tried to use to get answers. Now the site is offline and you can't talk to anyone if you wanted to. So disappointed. Am I out this money?
Isn't there some legal action we can take against this business? There seems to be an awful lot of us with the same issues. Taking your money and getting nothing. A crime.

I ordered a ring and when I received it, I was disappointed in the quality. It was very cheap looking. I "chatted" with customer service who told me to return it and provide them with the tracking number. I did that. I received an email asking if I wanted to exchange or a refund and I said I wanted a refund. After about 6 weeks, and several attempts to email, chat and call them to inquire about my refund, I filed a claim with PayPal. I received an email from Jeulia asking me to close the PayPal claim so they could continue with the refund process. Stupidly, I did as they asked. I have again emailed, tried to chat, and tried to call them to no avail. I think they have somehow blocked communication from my IP address and my phone. I doubt I will ever see the $147 they owe me. I WAS SUCKERED.

UPDATE: After submitting this review, Jeulia contacted me and asked me for my order number. The said they were sorry about their inefficient customer service and promised to make good on their promise. I sent them my order number. Now we shall wait and see what happens. If they refund my money, I will be happy to add that to my review. If not, I will continue to take every measure to get my money back and alert the public about their deceptive ways.

Horrible

Ring is beautiful. But is way to big. I asked about refund and was offered a smaller ring. I sent many pictures showing the ring itself not the size was just to large for my small fingers. Was told to send it back and would be issued only a store credit. They now have a ring my money sent tracking number many times no reply and no credit no ring and now refund. Would never send anyone here.

Sad sad sad

My husband and I ordered two rings for our selves, we ordered the wrong size for him, so we sent it back the week of Christmas. We have yet to see it. I got my ring and I don't like it. It looks fake, they have not responded to our e-mail and when you try to call the phone number you get put on hold and then it hangs up. What a rip off. Tammy

I have NEVER seen such horrible customer service! Order a ring on 12. 6. 2016 and they debited my bank card on 12. 7. 16 and SUPPOSEDLY shipped it out? I have called 4 times and told the EXACT same scripted excuse! It shipped, must be bad weather in the Midwest, everything is delayed... THEN it was, "must be stuck at customs and will be there any day, please wait 2 weeks and then call us back". I called back and they were closed from 1. 24. 17 through 2. 3. 17. I called back 3 times today I was on hold THREE times and THEN HUNG UP ON 3 times! AWFUL!

Ripoff

I ordered a ring about a month ago. When it didn't arrive, l tried to contact them. They don't answer the phone or answer emails. They finally responded when I poster a negative review on Face book. BTW, the negative comments on FB are not available to the public. They block them. Anyway, they had the wrong zip on the package (they said it was my fault but I don't believe it)
After a bunch of going back and forth, they insisted that I pay an extra $30 to get another ring shipped. If I received the first ring and returned it to them, they would refund my $30. However, if the ring was sent back to them by the post office, I would have to TRUST them to refund my money. Oh yeah, after I paid the $30 they said I had to release my paypal complaint first. I told them I would gladly release it after I received the ring. Paypal would not act for 10 days, so all they would have to do was provide the delivery receipt from the DHL that they were making me pay for if I didn't keep my word. Now I have to open another complaint with paypal and wait another 10 days to hopefully get my money refunded. STAY AWAY!

I sent the ring I ordered back because it was way too big, I even paid the extra $10 reshaping fee. Sent the UPS tracking number and because I didn't hear back for so long, requested a refund instead of an exchange. Still have not gotten a refund. Would not recommend using this company!

Excellent, beautiful ring

I ordered a ring and it arrived within the 5 days guaranteed. It is so gorgeous! The sparkle is insane and I receive comments & compliments every time I wear it. I'd recommend Jeulia to anyone who wants a beautiful, inexpensive piece of comment worthy jewelry! We can't all afford a $10k plus piece of jewelry!

Deception!

I ordered a ring on the 31st Jan and paid 20 for the sh ipping. I know that orders were not going to be processed until the 4th. But its now the 7th and it hasnt even been processed yet. 20 dollars for shipping is terrible to begin with but for that price It should have been processed the first day. Order number *******. I also thought it was shipped from the us. Dont order a valentines day gift. It probably wont get to you.

Worst Decision Ever

I ordered a ring for my fiancé from here as a temporary ring because i'm in the Marine Corps and we are getting married soon and i wanted her to have something until i am able to come home long enough to have an actual wedding with a nicer ring. I was happy with the price and all but as i waited longer and longer i still hadn't received the ring. So now i've come home over 1000 miles from where i'm stationed only to find out that i have not recived my ring and my fiancé will not have a ring to wear for our marriage. I planned this so that he ring would come before it was time for me to come home so that she would be able to have it on the special day but now the entire things ruined and not to mention i've wasted $300. Very angry but even more disappointed that this company has ruined this special moment for the both of us.
