So my loving sister order me the Mermaid Ring and it was the wrong size. I emailed the company and they replied they gave me the order number and said I would have to pre pay my shipping back to me. So I did. I paid $20 through my Paypal and my sister had paid for the ring and for it coming to me. I then paid to ship the ring back to city of Industry CA - Gathy was the person emailing me and gave me all the details where to send my package and who too. My package was delivered on January 9,2017 a man named Jimmy signed for it. Now I am not hearing from them in email and I have been calling and the number disconnects and the phone number they gave me to put on my package says it is not available. I am out my ring and money. I have nothing to show for this and I am going to write a complaint to the attorney general office if this is not taken care of ASAP.

Scam

I am having same trouble. It has been over 40 days and no sign of any movement or shipment of the ring. I for sure would never recommend anyone order form them.

We have been told by the shipping company, the USPS shipping will be delayed and the shipping time extend to 25-48 working days, UPS or DHL shipping will be unaffected. Sorry that some things are just not within our control, we should have contacted you to let you know the delay. We hope that with this information you would be able to prepare and for this we feel really bad. We will look to adjusting our system to avoid such oversights in future.

DISAPPOINTING

I purchased the Jeulia Interchangeable Intertwined Halo Oval Cut Created Sapphire Wedding Set SKU: SG6N083 on December 13th, paid $20 for the 3-5 day shipping. After inquiring where my order was since I was leaving to go out of town for several days the end of December they expressed they'd get it out right away. I left for my trip, no ring. I returned and the ring arrived a day later (December 28th). I was not refunded for my "express shipping" I paid for.

I was excited to see the package and deeply saddened when I opened the box to discover the "made to order" ring was missing two stones on the side. I contacted Jeulia first thing the next morning and they advised I would need to send them pictures with the ring showing the tag in tact and then they would send me an RMA. I did as instructed (immediately) and days later I received RMA information.

I then attempted to communicate via email for updates and it would take 2-4 days for a response. I tried via phone but was either on hold too long or the call would disconnect.

Finally I discovered the online chat feature (best form of communication with them) and utilized that. I am still awaiting my refund (today is January 19th) for the ring, they received and signed for it on January 4th per my UPS tracking number.

The ring was beautiful, but the customer service of Jeulia is not acceptable.

I work in customer service and since the ring arrived damaged due to their lack of inspection they should have expedited a ring to me with a return label for the defect product. I spent $20 to have their defective product returned, I paid for a fast shipping time I did not receive and the communication gaps are horrendous.

I do NOT recommend Jeulia.

Gorgeous ring

I bought a beautiful white sapphire six prong solitaire to use as a fill-in on vacation, and I was beyond pleased with the ring I received. The ring came within a week of ordering, and even the packaging was gorgeous. I will definitely order from Jeulia again!

Terrible service

Failed to return my ring!

You will not make any effort in resizing and return my ring! Case has been filed with PayPal! Hong Gong is useless! No one will answer our return any calls our emails

Not as pictured

Picture shows decent size accent stones. They are flakes at best if there is anything there at all. Makes ring look very cheap. Unwearable

Have my $ and rings..

This company needs mass lawsuite. Who is in. They have my money and rings. I get no response via email except generated email. When you call I get hung up on!

Poor quality

The ring was beautiful. But It was sized wrong. I had to pay$95 to have it sized correctly, but then it only later 1 month and the sapphire center stone fell out. Now it's sitting in my jewelry box.

Very disappointed in this jewelry. Close to $300.00 for a beautiful piece of metal. I did not do my homework before buying. Finally found the beautiful ring I have been looking for as my wedding replacement. Knew I wasn't buying real diamonds but figured for the cost is was at leat getting gold plated sterling silver jewelry. It hasn't even been a month of wearing and the gold color is wearing off as if I just got a ring from a vending machine. Size runs small. Don't put your money and faith in this company unless you are just looking to spend a lot of money for costume crap!

I ordered a ring from Jeulia and was charged for it on Dec. 9,2016. It is well past the 25 business days and I have not received my ring. I tried to call the 1-800 number listed on their page, but it is disconnected. I have sent several e-mails and have received one response from "Kelly" telling me to wait a few more days. Do not order from this company - I'm pretty sure the "glowing reviews" they have received are written by their staff.

I know that when that big black box comes that a very gorgeous ring awaits me to open up the lid and OMG... there it is another gorgeous ring to add to my Jeulia collection. Your ring designs are absolutely gorgeous and one of a kind. Keep designing them in the original ideas your designers come up with. They are absolutely gorgeous!

They are HORRIBLE

I ordered a ring and upon receiving it, it didn't fit right. I looked on the website to review their return policy. It stated full refund within 30 days. I called customer service to discuss the return. I was told it was specially ordered and therefore I couldn't return it. I asked for a supervisor and was able to speak with one. She said, return it to us and we'll determine if it is returnable or not. (Still had tag on) sent it out. I've called MANY times and no one has been able to give me any answers. This was sent back in November and I have not gotten any answers. Terrible Customer Service!

We always stress one sentence "Please remember to tell us the shipping carrier and the tracking number after you ship it", which is important for both of us. We need tracking number to track it, then prepare the refund in time. We can't process next step without tracking number. Wish your understanding.
