I am in love with my ring. It looks like it's worth $$$$ of dollars. So beautiful, stunning. I was honestly so worried it will be another cheap looking ring that I got via the internet. This one looks like the real thing. My daughter is so jealous from my ring and even tho she is only 16 years old but she wants my ring lol. I will be ordering from now on all my jewelry via these guys. Thank you so much for the amazing fast service.

HORRIBLE! I WOULD RATE A MINUS ONE STAR IF POSSIBLE!

I ordered a pair of earrings for which were listed at $109 with a 30 day return and free shipping. But my credit card was billed for $129.00, which I inadvertently paid and exceeds state sales tax. The earrings were smaller than appeared on the model photo. Upon requesting a refund I was told that I had to pay for the return postage and then send Jeulia the tracking number. I paid $13.56 to FedEx for the return and sent the tracking number as directed. After receiving the item they messaged me saying that they could either refund the original $129.00 for "credit" OR they could give a refund of $104.00, represented as the $129 minus "the shipping fee." When I told them that I had paid the shipping fee to return the item they replied with the following message:

"Sorry, if you want the refund back to your original payment, the amount should be $104. For the return, the customer needs to pay the return shipping fee. And your original shipping fee also should be deducted from the refund as our policy." I replied a second time and got the same message again.

So for an item listed as Free Shipping I was charged $20 over the $109 listed price to ship the item TO my address; AND after I paid $13.56 to return the item they are subtracting $25.00 for a shipping fee? So I was charged $20 to receive the item and another $25 to return the item as shipping fee both of which were paid by me.

I tried to have my ring repaired because its tarnished and Customer service was terrible she kept saying ah huh ok ah huh so unprofessional then she said take it and get it fixed we can't do it. I got married September 28th 2019 my ring started changing colors in March but now its to the point where its breaking out my skin.No one is willing to fix it. Dont waste your money their jewelry is NOT real silver my finger is blistered up the very last picture is when I first got it! HUGE DIFFERENCE

I ordered a ring for my partner back June/20. The ring arrived and looked good at first, but after my partner wore it for less than 1 week the silver started to peel off the band and it started to tarnish. My partner would always take it off while doing dishes or cleaning, and his job is not heavy labour, so I don't understand the damage on the ring in less than 1 week. They even advertised the ring as sterling silver 925... pure, real and strong. I own lots of sterling silver and that has never happened to me. So image how I felt! Sad and disappointed since it was a gift. I decided to call the company any get my money back since they had a year warranty in the ring. Good luck! Trying to call customer service and find a representative to talk to is impossible. Try looking at their website and see how secretive this company is. I couldn't find a phone number, nothing. After reading more reviews on line, I was shocked and disappointed in myself that I didn't check the reviews first. Other people were ignored and juggled around just like me. I googled to find out more about the company. It is a Chinese company and their head office is in SAN Francisco. I finely found a phone number and after 2 days of calling finally this lady with little English picked up the phone. I told her what happened. She asked me for the account number on the ring. I gave it to her. I told her I wanted to be really reimbursed. She kept acting dumb like she didn't understand me and kept offering to give me an exchange. I kept insisting I wanted a refund since I had a year warranty. I got nowhere with this lady. I insisted on talking to a manager. She told me a manager would call me the next day. That didn't happen... big surprise there! Finally we called Amex since that was how we paid and they reimbursed us. Terrible company! Never use them! You will regret it! They are unprofessional and dodgy! I will not be making that mistake again!

Hi-- I will admit, I bought my ring before I read any reviews. A few friends of mine "liked" Jeulia on facebook and so I decided to check it out. I saw all the lovely pieces of jewelry and decided to purchase. I see some negative reviews out there and I get it - I understand that there are going to be problems with any company with which we do business. I have had my ring and bracelet for about a month now and I have worn the ring doing light housework and running errands. I love it! I have received compliments on the ring.

It isn't a large ring - meaning it isn't a cocktail piece, but not quite dainty either. The shine and the way this ring catches the light is amazing. I have had no issues with it and like I said, I haven't really "babied" it, but I also take it off for more strenuous activities.

The jewelry is packaged beautifully. It comes in a lovely box with a little gift bag and message card. You also get a polishing cloth. I am happy so far and have purchased two more pieces. It isn't wicked expensive, but also not like costume cheap either.
