I ordered my Frosty ring 12-1-2020 and still not recieved it. They told me it was stopped in customs. I'm so disappointed with this company. I'm still waiting. Hopefully I'll have it by next Christmas.
Made a $400 order... was so excited. The order was mishandled... their delivery system is seriously flawed. Did not receive consistent advice at all. Resolution took 3 weeks. Yet they've had my money for 1.5 months. NEVER AGAIN. Customer Service is very poor.

I am quite impressed with the beauty and quality of Jeulia Jewelry. My husband got my engagement ring and wedding band from Jeulia, there were no problems with shipping which was such a relief. I have ordered 3 bridal sets, a bracelet and a pair of earrings from Jeulia and they have ALL been TOP QUALITY. Just stunning! The packaging is beautiful too! They have what appears to be a great return/exchange policy. Unfortunately they do not follow it. I put hanged two bangle bracelets. I measured the wrists correctly and followed their instructions. The bracelets are way too small. When I requested to exchange them they expected me to rebuy them at their store with a 50% discount. This was no where in their return/exchange policy. Do NOT buy from them. They are dishonest.

I ordered a ring late- Thursday night.
Ten minutes after making my purchase, the person for whom I ordered the ring saw the pic of it, and said that she did not like it.
Immediately, I asked for my order to be cancelled.
Rather than do the right thing and cancel my order, someone called "Jenny"repeatedly send me email advising me to pick out another item from their site in exchange.
I repeatedly answered her that I do not want a different item, that I cancelled my order and want my money ($129.00) refunded.
She refused to issue a refund.
I filed a request with PayPal to assist me in this; "Jenny" then contacted, me yet again, telling me that they cannot refund my money whilst there is a PayPal investigation, and she will issue refund if I cancel the PayPal investigation.
I should not have cancelled PayPal, but I just want a refund.
Finally, after 24 hours of this (remember, I cancelled the order approx ten minutes after purchase) "Jenny" agreed to refund my money, but added that it may take thirty days until I am actually refunded.
I then twice asked for written confirmation that my money would be refunded, and she refused to do this.
I contacted both my bank and the Sacramento BBB, where they have a mailing address (the company is in China and seem to be just like WISH) to assist me in getting my refund.
I need to stress that I cancelled this order within ten minutes of making the purchase.
I do not need this crap from a sketchy knock-off jewelry site; neither do you.

I have just bought matching rings for myself and my partner, they are so well designed and fit really well. The inside of the ring is comfortable and very smooth. I'm about to buy a few dress rings, love the product.
In an effort to save time, I decided to order 2 of the same ring - in 2 sizes thinking I would keep the one that fit and return the other since they advertise a 30 day refund. I wrongly asssumed it would be easier that way rather than exchanging and waiting. The return process has been frustrating at best. Their customer service has been awful - they continuously try to get me to to just accept a "store credit" rather than receceive the refund amount I am due. I have now stated, in writing SEVEN times that I am NOT interested in any kind of credit and the "team" emails me again today offering additional funds if I take a credit. Which, even with the additional funds, does not equal what I paid. The ring I ordered was $129.00. They offered me a refund of $68.75 but state they will give me an additional$13.75 if I accepted a store credit instead. That is still $46.50 missing from the original cost. Even though the ring I kept has had no issues so far, I absolutely regret ever using this company. If not refunded in full by the end of tomorrow, I will be proceeding with a charge back from my bank. Save yourself frustration, find somewhere else.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
