My boyfriend ordered me a ring almost 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived I haven't gotten any emails on where it is. It says 7-9 days. Ive been trying to get my money back but no one has answered me. This is unprofessional!
I ordered a ring set in a gold tone. It looks very cheap and takes away from the stones, I just tried to phone your company to let know them know I needed to return the item, so they could give me specific instructions to ensure I receive proper credit, and the voice mail said they were not taking calls. Not a good feeling when you can't reach the vendor.

I Love Jeulia! I have bought a lot of jewelry from them and have no complaints! It takes a while sometimes to get here but they do say they may have to make the jewelry first. Quality is awesome! Nothing has faded in the years I've been buying. Nothing bad to say..
UPDATE 2:. It is March 18th, my ring has finally arrived and it is absolutely gorgeous and the fit is perfect. I ordered it on January 14th 2021 so it took a while to come in but each time I contacted them they were swift to reply and help me. I cannot say I will order from them again because of the wait time but the ring is amazing. It does not feel cheap. I will leave a final update after I wear it for a while to let you all know how it does through wear and tear. I could not get the best picture of it, I bought the engagement ring with a wedding band to go inside of it.
UPDATE: it is currently 2/20/2021 over a month since I have ordered 1 ring, it was not a specialized order, didn't need an engraving or anything. I've contacted customer support multiple times and just keep getting told "give it a few more days". I am getting more and more disappointed. I have spent almost $200 and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Again, please read all reviews, make sure they are real. I unfortunately did not.
I ordered 1 ring almost 1 month ago now and it's still in the processing phase. I contacted them about it when it was after 14 days (their site says 7-9 process days) and they said they will put my order on a priority list but it didn't make a difference. I wanted to wait to leave a review until I got the ring but by the looks of it, it isn't ever coming. I'm feel so sad that I wasted this money on a ring when I could've bought one from an actual reputable seller. Please read ALL reviews before buying :( if ever receive it I will leave an update review on my honest opinion but so far I'm not too happy

The ring that was sent was crooked. I went back and forth with customer service for 2 weeks partially because they are so hard to get a hold of and because they didn't want to take their crooked ring back. So much energy wasted on them and in the end they took it back but I had to pay shipping on their defective ring. Buyer beware! You can see that the prongs on the bottom are uneven.

Horrible Customer Service. They claim to be a California based company but they are in China. Their customer service has limited West Coast hours and they all speak very broken Chinese English. It takes several weeks to get your order. They claim it's because your order was personalized or engraved but it's because they ship vis DHL from mainland China. Your DHL tracking verifies this. I had an issue with my original order. Their customer service would only offer a store credit of 50%. I tried to correct the regular issue by using the store credit but there is no way to use it if you order online. I emailed 5 times requesting they credit my card 50% of the order and I got the same response 5 times via email in broken Chinese English saying they would give me another store credit. Eventually, I called and got someone who didn't read from a script giving me the "corporate answer" and they finally refunded me 50%. A lot of effort to get it resolved for a ring that isn't all that great quality. Will not be buying from them again.

I received my ring today. Absolutely gorgeous! It was more than I expected! I ordered The Starry Night ring. The picture doesn't do it justice. The fit is perfect, too. I cannot wait to order something else from this company. Just don't expect the product in a week. Give yourself some time if you are getting it as a gift, especially with how the USPS is these days.
I ordered €59.- earrings from Jeulia Germany. The website said they were in stock as I bought them.
However, I received them three weeks later and with a hefty, unannounced additional cost of €69.24 of IMPORT TAX? When I called DHL, they said it came from China, not Germany. I'm pretty sure I ordered from a German website that said the product was "In stock", and there was no mention of any additional costs or that it would come from China with occasional import tax, so clearly I didn't expect this.
I explained the story 5 times to Jeulia support, but their replies seemed to originate from different people (or chatbots) every time, and was not very helpful. In the end, I got a standard reply offering me $40 of Jeulia store credit, but I think since this is not my fault, that they should pay the import tax to DHL, yet they have not answered me to that request to this day. Now I'm stuck with the bill, having to pay more than double what I thought it would cost. For obvious reasons I am not keen on Jeulia store credit anymore, as it will cost me double of what I order for anyway, so I don't consider that fair compensation.

This was my first order with Juelia. There's a ring I'd been wanting to get my wife and finally did this past Christmas (2020). The first letdown was it was the 1 gift out of all the gifts for my family, I bought 100% online this year, that did not make it on Christmas. When she finally got her ring, around a week after Christmas, she found it didn't fit quite right so we thought we'd exchange it for a different size of the exact ring. Thinking this wouldn't be an issue, we started the return on their website. They don't do exchanges, but rather give you option of money back to your card, or store credit and then whenever it's approved, they give you store credit, then you order the item in whatever size you need. My status tracker on the Jeulia website was at the "delivered to Jeulia" status for a week without changing. So I wrote them, and they responded very quickly, and then my store credit was available the next day. However, it was less than the amount I bought the ring for, despite having free shipping then and for my reorder of the same ring with amended size. Also, be aware your cost of shipping the ring back to them is 100% on you. Most companies give you credit of the shipping the item back to them cost once they receive the package, but no; instead I didn't receive reimbursement for my shipping the ring to them, I also received less money for the ring. I ended up paying more for the ring this time than I did originally when ordering it for Christmas. Even if the "sale" is over, when you usually shop at a store, and then need to return something, it is always given to you for the price that you paid originally, because you are just exchanging the same thing for a different size, but that is not the case with this company. So, if it wasn't for my wife really wanting the ring, I would have already got an actual refund and moved on. I will not use this company in the future as soon as she gets her ring this time. I love giving positive reviews, but conversely, when there's an issue I think people should know about it. Not meant as a discouraging "don't buy from here" kind of message, but just a heads up to what you may encounter if you need to exchange your order, whatever the reason be. My wife is happy with the ring, thankfully; which has made this whole mess worth it to me.

A ring was purchased from Singapore which was the wrong size. Despite suggesting an 'easy' return policy, you are required to get authorisation and the default is store credit. Special authorisation is needed for cash and you are given a short timeframe to send or your authorisation lapses.
Their website shipping policy says nothing about the requirement to send to a US address nor a requirement to send the bulky packaging but I have been told by email that I must. This is to be at my expense which is going to be very high.
When raised with Jeulia, I have instead been offered a 40% store credit for the cost, instead of full. Leaving me with a redundant ring and redundant store credit unless I
I want to risk the same experience again.
I will never purchase from this website again. Very poor customer service (messages on their chat forum were regularly not answered and email slow to come back, ie days to respond - in contrast to my having a requirement to meet their return authorisation rules in 7 days.)

After I filled out all the info for the payment it was stuck on the loading screen for a long time, after that it said "Sorry something went wrong, please try again later." Which I did 13 times. I still got the same problem ever time. The transaction never went through so I got a ring from another retailer.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. This is the first review I have ever written...
My fiance and I ordered my wedding ring through Jeulia. The band was EXTREMELY small and looked very cheap compared to the images they had shown. I am used to wearing ZERO jewelry so I wanted a very small band, but this band was INSANELY small even for me.
I spent a good 30 minutes looking over their return policy making sure the ring wasn't custom upon ordering, because I saw there was a 30% restocking fee to return custom items. But upon trying to return it, customer service tried to tell us the ring was custom and we needed to pay the ridiculously high 30% restocking fee. We tried calling them to clear it up, sure it wasn't custom, but their management "does not speak with customers over the phone".
We had gone back and forth through email trying to clear things up, and it turns out the wording in their policy is incorrect. I looked up the company on Better Business Bureau and I found TONS of customer complaints with the exact same issue we had. Customer upon customer ordering a ring they thought was standard and then Jeulia coming back and saying it was custom and the restocking fee must be paid to return. We tried explaining to Jeulia the incorrect wording in their policy, and I even tried negotiating to pay half of the restocking fee, but they were completely unwilling to work with us at all.
If you order from them, do NOT expect to return without paying a very high restocking fee, do NOT expect the company to care or work with you if something doesn't go right with your order. Expect cheap and small jewelry that is the equivalent of wrapping a small wire around your finger.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
