It Was meant to be a Beautiful Gift to Grandma for her 80th Birthday.

Had continued to seek support via email through Jeulia and kept receiving the same email.
Once I asked for a refund I stopped receiving emails back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I CUT OFF THE RING TAG NOT THINKING IT WAS A BIG DEAL AND THEY WOULDN'T LET ME RETURN THE RING! They said I could exchange, but no return was possible. All I did was try on the ring and decided I didn't like it. Let my mistake be a warning you.

The reason it could be exchanged is that we will remake the ring with its material. If for exchange, we could shoulder the fee of this part, but for return, we won't. Hope for your kind understanding. Besides, we have sent a product instruction with the ring to you, it clearly stated " Read before removing the jewelry tag".
