Found a patio umbrella that was significantly less expensive on jet.com. I ordered it and the delivery came quickly this Saturday. Good quality and no problems. I would order from Jet.com without hesitation in the future.
I ordered an item as the price was great, however when it arrived, it was missing a large part. I contacted them several times thru email and they love to email back right away, but don't actually work on the issue. I returned the item, which was great as it was free pick up. Now the item is not available, and when you search it it is $25 higher but still unavailable. So big problem for no result.
Purchased an item on web site 05/may/17. Never received confirmation email. Spoke to customer service said item was cancelled due to lack of inventory. Looked at website still selling item. Never received confirmation email order was cancelled. This occurred on 11/may/17.3:00 am on 12/may/17 website removed amount of product previously ordered from bank account. Contacted said website that evening questioning them. They stated never was removed and to see my bank for identity theft. I was upset extremely. Went to my bank and went through the identity theft recovery of my funds. Needless to say it was an all around bad business purchase I ever had. I feel website is not secure because after first customer service phone call hours later they took the same amount of the original purchase. All around customer service stinks and still selling item on web site when customer service says not in inventory. NEVER WILL SHOP AGAIN.
Why would Liza Landsman make Political statement letter to Jet.com customers? There are Conservative customers who support the Presidents travel Ban and don't appreciate our online retailer getting into the political arena. Wouldn't you think the company would remain neutral? I asked this Question to JET.com staff in Feb. No-Reply

My daughter purchased a swing and hanging chains for a birthday gift. We read all Hayneedle web site how caring and committed to customer satisfaction they where. Well after being exposed to the weather for 80 days and stored in a dry location for the winter we took them out and they where rusted. All they could say was they where over the 90 day warranty. THe point is they where suppose to be plated and stand up to the weather. They sold a defective product, proof of that is they changed suppliers per their customer service. If they where as good as they claimed they would at least replace the chain.

We have placed a couple of orders for Blue Buffalo canned dog food. I will say the price is right & it arrived the NEXT day! BUT in my most recent order, 11 of the 36 cans are severely bent, damaged so that I am reluctant to use them. I really don't want to make my dog sick. The damaged cans must have been packed that way because the boxes they are packed in are totally undamaged. The first time I let it go because it was only 1-2 cans but I can't ignore 1/3 of the order. I wrote to them this AM to ask for a partial refund. We'll see what happens.
The authorization of funds is just terrible. They charge your card off the bat... then when they ship they charge you again? I do almost all my shopping online and I have never experienced this. So now I have to worry and check my account to make sure the authorization charge drops off? By the way I have already received my items in two shipments charged separately. Alas I still wait 5 days from purchase date while this authorization charge is pending. It's too bad, I liked the site and a few products were quite a bit cheaper than Amazon, but I'm afraid this is a deal breaker for me.
I had the same experience as the reviewer that was charged at the initial click of the button ( total order) and then again each time the items were shipped... one item for 8.00 was on back order so until that shipped I continued to pay double... it has already been 1 week and still waiting! When dealing with customer service they were not helpful and rude... they simply could do nothing not even cancel the items on back order! I am going back to Amazon and never leaving...
I placed an order and was charged at the submit button, my order is coming in 3 different shipments. Noticed 3 more charges on my card from Jet.com on top of my first initial payment. When I questioned this they said they authorize the purchase and also charge you again when the order ships and I would have to wait 3 to 5 days for the authorization hold to be released! So for a week I will be paying double for the items I ordered! Never again will I order from them!
It seems like every time I place a food order something goes wrong. On my first order, I placed an order for salsa dip. The dip was clearly opened and used- I was refunded, no problem. I placed a 2nd order about 2 months later and purchased some donuts as apart of my overall order and not only was the tapped seal broken, but it was missing 2 donuts out of the row. I don't know if the employees don't receive lunch breaks or what, but they are having a field day taste tasting products. I contacted Jet and was hung up on by a rude rep. Needless to say, I am here writing this review. I will NEVER order from them again! Not worth. Rather go to the market where I can actually see if the seals popped or not before purchasing.
So I go to the jet website and they have listed Tri-Star Oxy-Brite Laundry Detergent ''5 gallon, it was 30 bucks after all the fees they charge tax in Arkansas but their starting price was 21.66. I felt ok about being 30 for 5 gallons but they totally screwed my order. The package that arrived in the mail is TRASH BAGS now I do not know how you end up shipping a box of trash bags instead of a 5 gallon bucket of laundry soap but it really looks bad. I spoke with customer service and they are supposed to credit my account back the 30 for the trash bags and then after they credit back I can reorder the soap and they should have the item fixed. I do not know and I am not sure that I will reorder. Very frustrating and I should have done my research first and known this company's history from the multitude of complaints. BUYER BEWARE
The product that I have bought from this company was not what I expected it was made a very poor material and it was a very poor quality I feel like I've thrown my money out the window and will not deal with this company ever again
I am trying to find a website where I can post a complaint about Jet.com. I will NEVER purchase from this website again! I made a purchase and about 35 minutes later I found the item cheaper on another website. I tried to cancel my order online but could not, so called. I was told that they have a 30 minute (yes minutes - I'm not kidding) time frame after you place your order to cancel. Now I have to wait for the order to arrive and then return it. Ridiculous!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with online retail. The website took our order, charged our card, gave us an order confirmation, and then nothing. I could no longer access the website. I emailed a request for information (tracking) and they responded that I should call them. I called seven times and received a busy signal, so I waited until after the weekend and continued to call until I got through. The operator claimed that they sent us an email "for additional confirmation since it was a large amount" (the order was $424 which is way below average for a corporate purchase). We have no record of an email, not in the spam folder, even though we DID received their order confirmation and several replies from their support person who continued to insist that I needed to call because they couldn't do anything by email. It turns out that they had cancelled my order because of lack of confirmation, and they are STILL HOLDING MY MONEY and will continue to hold it for five more days. Never in my life have I had to deal with such a ridiculous excuse for a company. I've been screwed.
My first and only experience with the Walmart owned Jet.com was terrible. I ordered a Panasonic KX-TGE463S Cordless Phone, what was shipped was the much cheaper model KX-TG633. Additionally, the phone was not properly packed in a corrugated shipping box, but only in the manufacturer's thin cardboard display box. The UPS Driver could not believe that any business would ship their product in this haphazard manner. The box was delivered open and damaged with all three handsets missing.
Jet refunded the purchase price, but would not honor my order. I was left with the distinct impression that Jet felt this was their merchants problem and not theirs. However, if this is a pervasive problem, then Jet must revamp their business processes for selecting and vetting potential merchants. I do understand that it much easier for Jet to issue a refund rather than to work closely with their merchants to ensure that their customer receives exactly what was ordered.

The preceding quote from Jet is at the heart of the problem. There is a big difference between wishing and doing.
It seems crystal clear that Jet would prefer to distance themselves from their problematic vendor/merchants rather than to work with them to guarantee that customer orders placed on the Jet Website are honored. It appears that Jet has little interest in achieving total customer satisfaction.
I officially love jet.com - purchased my baby an item from the website not only was this the cheapest place I found it but I received a discount for using my debit card, a discount for opting out of free returns, and an additional 15% off because it was one of my first three purchases; then I also got free shipping. I ended up getting an item that was over $50 everywhere else for just 30 bucks, it shipped quickly and I got it a day earlier than it was scheduled to arrive. The item had no issues, came with everything it was supposed to and was well packaged. I had read reviews before using this site and a lot of them were negative but I'm so glad I gave them a shot anyway! Jet, you definitely just gained a new customer
I bought a pair of shoes thinking it'd be safe since jet offers cost free returns. I got the shoes and they didn't fit. I couldn't figure out how to return them from my phone, so I forgot about it and went on vacation. When I reteturned, I again tried find the return process but could not. Then I read that returns don't work from a mobile device (even though I placed my order that way). By the time I got access to an pc, my 30 days passed (by a day) so the return button was removed from the site. I called jet and Olivia unapologetically told me I cannot return the shoes since I cannot laccess the return button. I don't have a lot of extra time to deal with nonsense like this, so I will not use jet.com again. I'll just go to brick and mortar store where you can try things on and decide right then and there if it's the right product... no nonsense rules or return buttons to deal with.
Will NEVER order from jet again. Was not made aware of their insane 30 minutes or less cancellation policy and the other item i ordered went unfulfilled and was offered a $5 credit. Take that fives bucks and get a bus to take u downtown to go KICK ROCKS Jet
I will never shop here again. I received my sofa damaged and the only thing the able to do is refund my money. After they received the damage product. Then for me to recorder the item if they have it in stock
