So far they're good

I don't give them five stars only because I've had to return two of the three items I bought. One came broken and was missing the broken but so I couldn't did it and the other us an A/C unit that keeps tripping my breaker. Aside from that, they've been great. Free shipping, $20 off my first order, fast delivery and no hassle returns. I am still waiting for the refund in the first item, but it did say 5-7 business days after they receive the returned item and I sent it back a week ago. The A/C unit, they agreed to arrange pick up at my house so I don't have to figure out how to wedge this heavy machine into and out of my car. I've found the customer service to be fast and friendly and will shop this site in future.

Since I just moved a few days ago, my billing address didn't match my shipping address. Received a call from the verification department and answered all their questions and gave them further debit card information. Ended call thinking my order was on the way. Not so, later came across an email asking for a picture of my card and ID. Called to cancel order. Saw from my bank account that they had already pulled the money out of my account--this is all before they "verified" my identity! When I called back to get my money refunded, they say it would take 2-7 days. Felt like a scam.

Not reliable and NOT honest. They confirmed $800 order and shipping - take money - then a day after the estimated delivery date cancel the order due to "lack of inventory" but then tell me I can still order it at over 8 times the confirmed price. Unfortuantly the ordered green house required costly site prep-- DON'T trust them -- I have no idea how long it will take or if I will get my $$ back.

Found an item on Jet.com and proceeded to checkout. Selected Apple Pay for convenience, but kept getting an error. Contacted bank to make sure everything was okay with my account and it was. Problem on website is, once you have selected to pay with Apple Pay, you can't go back and select another form of payment. Called customer service asking to pay over the phone and they said this was not possible. Instructed me to download the app, select the item again, and pay there. (This seemed like a lot of work, but I really needed the item.) Did so and copy pasted the item directly from my web session onto the search bar on the app. It said there were no results for this item. It is sold on the website, but not on the app which I went through the trouble of downloading because I was TOLD to do so?! I found the same item for same price on Amazon AND got two day shipping. Thank goodness for Amazon!

Ordered almost $400 worth products. An hour later, I looked at my emailed receipt I noticed the shipping address was my old house. Called customer service, spoke to 3 agents, was told they couldnt change it, I needed to wait until it showed "shipped" and call FedEx. Called FedEx and was told only the shipper could change the delivery address. Called jet.com back, woman told me she could not get in touch with the their warehouse because it was late in the evening (Their warehouse that just processed my order to ship). She went on to say once past 30 mins after your order they cannot cancel or change it. I informed them FedEx will leave the boxes outside, there's a good chance someone will take them. Asked for a manager, manager told me they need to deliver the items to the address and see they are delivered before they can do anything. Had I ordered with Amazon, I could've saved myself an hour on the phone and a major headache. Do yourself a favor, just use some other company.

I bought a 6 slice oven from Jet.com. It came with one knob heating up burning my fingers. Contacted them and got Emeli and a few other reps. She was fast to send me a return label for the refund. I told her I can't carry the box downstairs nor drive to the Fedex location as it is wider than me and weight at least 1/2 of my weight. I had help the first time. However I am willing to ask for help if I return and get a replacement because I threw away my old tiny one when I got this big one. Nope, all she did was send me a link to the closest drop off location and ignored me. Since then I had to contact the maker, Rosewill who is willing to do a replacement for me but Jet was happy they no longer have to deal with sending me a defective oven.

Just received my third order from them. Shipping was free with orders over $35, which is not too bad. First 3 orders are discounted by 15% too! Delivery was extremely quick (1 to 2 days) and I love the variety. I love how the more you add to your cart, the more you save. I had a tiny issue with my first order, the color was different than what I was expecting. I called customer service, spoke with a live person, who apologized and checked on the issue for me. They gave me a full refund for my item, let me keep it, and they were so sweet! I didn't even mind being on hold, because they keep you waiting with some funny bits. I love them!

After 2 different order verification and CC verification, they wanted me to email pictures of my ID, CC, and utility bill.

Sure, let me also provide you with my SS number, birth certificate, and last tax filing.

All this just to by one product. NEVER SHOPPING on Jet.com.

I purchased on June 3rd with eta delivery date 7-12th. Received shipping email on 5th (but the link said no status yet) I was charged on the 6th.
12th rolls around- no item. I check tracking link and it still says no status! I emailed them and recieved email back that they'd look into it. Received another email on 13th saying same. Both emails were weird with comments about the item I was purchasing and their personal observations etc like we're friends?
Then on the 14th today- I receive another email with a new tracking number that says preshipment so it wasn't even shipped yet! When I emailed back questioning so it wasn't ever shipped? This is poor business practice and doesn't make me want to shop from jet.com again- they canceled my order and sent email saying refund will be sent. Wow complete waste of my time AND held my money for who knows how long. Is this really their business of taking money and holding it for awhile? Hmmm. When I expressed my displeasure at not receiving the item, never shipped and now the order canceled after I was supposed to receive the item- they reply with hope your day gets better. SERIOUSLY? Would never recommend this company/website to anyone. Ps the company supposed to be fulfilling this order was REVKKO

I am a disabled person who is shut in, cannot drive, can barely walk. Going grocery shopping has not been an option for me for many years. Having someone else do it is very expensive and embarrassing. Enter Jet.com. I have ordered groceries twice this past month, including a dozen fresh eggs. I was shocked when the orders arrived On Time, were Complete As Ordered, and not one egg was cracked. They ship via FedEx, in cold packs, and it has been a joy that I cannot describe. I can once again select my own food and get top quality, fresh, items at reasonable prices. In fact, the items on my first two orders were listed on their site at less than the local stores, including Wal Mart and Dollar General. Not all items were that low, but neither were they as high as Amazon. Plus, there is no annual fee, they send free samples, shipping is Free 2nd Day if order is over $35, and entire order is cold packed for only $4.95. This is an unsolicited review, and I received nothing in return for writing this. I am truly grateful for the opportunity for greater independence, self-reliance, and better eating that Jet.com represents.

Confirmation means nothing to these people. I thought this would be a great deal, so I bought 3 graphics cards through them. After 2 DAYS of verifications, through phone and over email, the last verification is done. I wake up the next day and they say they've cancelled all of my cards because they are out of stock. Why would you charge someone when something is in stock, then say your going to process, then continue to sell the rest of them to other buyers while you DELAY my transaction for two days. I'm sure many people experienced this same first time buying experience, I would just like to say that IT IS NOT WORTH TRYING. The negatives GREATLY outweigh the positives of this website. DO NOT USE.

Love their business model. Don't know if their being owned by Walmart will change that, but over the past year, I have been thrilled to see those purple boxes at my door. If you saw how they wrap a bottle of salad dressing, you would have thought it was fine crystal. Love their prices and offerings. Especially for healthy items.

I haven't had any issues with Jet and am surprised by all the negative reviews. I've used this site to get things for my dad going through physical therapy as well as some of my groceries when I'm feeling lazy or sick.

I feel like prices could be a little bit better for some items, but the delivery time is incredible. They give an estimation of when each item will be delivered (some differ becasue they are packaged separately) and I'm always amazed by how quickly my order arrives. I've recommended this site to friends and family and they haven't had any issues as well.

I am surprised with the amount of negative reviews. I had a great experience. I bought a radio for my car and it was about $30-$40 bucks cheaper on this site than on eBay. So i purchased it. Just got it installed in my car and works great. Great price and decent shipping speed too. I'm really happy with my order.

Don't Bother

Placed order, charged, quickly delivered. Opened to find the wrong item. I told them what they sent, but the still expected me to not only package it, but measure it, WEIGHT it (64.8#!'s) and ship it to them. While they held my money for two weeks. Oh yeah, and they NEVER HAD the item they sold me. So I had to buy it somewhere else. Most companies make mistakes occasionally, but they BELIEVE you and ship out what you need immediately not tell you they don't have one and won't refund the money until after the thing you didn't order arrives back. And the thing they sent only costs a quarter of what I ordered, so how fair is to hold the money hostage? Lousy service. You get what you pay for.

Refusing to cancel an Item that was ordered 1 hour ago because it exceeds the 30-mintue cancellation policy is the worst customer service I've heard of. Clearly this is done because they know many customers will not want to deal with the hassle of returning an item (even if shipping is free), especially true in my case since I am ordering for an elderly relative and not myself.

I was looking for Lestoil in my Yahoo browser and put "Lestoil" in my browser search bar. There were several options but Jet.com was the least expensive at $2.71 each if a case of 12/28oz bottles were purchased. When I clicked on it I was taken to the site and the lowest price was $3.76 and a case of 12 was not available. I can still find that price on my Yahoo search. They wrote me after my last review on another site but didn't offer to honor the price. They didn't offer anything.
