What the actual F?!

Why are you taking more money out my account when I paid full price for the items? That makes no sense whatsoever. I honestly feel like you guys are ROBBING me. I thought that the money I spent would go towards the items but no, you had to take out more of money for "distributors". Really? What kind of show are you running?

I thought my eyes were deceiving me. I was about to purchase a Canali Suit and all it said was "44". It didn't mention if it's a 44S, 44R or 44L! It didn't even state wether the pants were included and if so, what their measurements where.
This is a fly by night operation if I ever saw one.

Horrible!

First time customer and three boxes arrived completely damaged... not damaged from the carrier itself, damaged because whoever packed these boxes does not understand how to simply place a 40 pound box of cat litter in a separate box from chips and peanut butter. We will be scraping peanut butter out of our garage for months. Second box arrived damaged with laundry detergent all over the place and third box was just crushed. They do not use proper techniques when it comes to packaging and I only know this since I worked in shipping and receiving for years. Their boxes are flimsy at best and their staff does not know what should go in with what. Customer service was quick to refund only because I had pictures of splattered peanut butter all over cat litter. They also offered me a $10 credit towards a future purchase... small amount since I tried to spend hundreds on my initial order and will return to Amazon immediately.

On Feb 20th I place an order for a Macbook Air battery. The estimated deliver was Feb 23 - Feb 28. It's now March 2 and all Jet will tell me is they are working with the supplier. When I asked for an estimated delivery date, they refuse to provide a delivery time estimate. I asked to cancel the order so I can order the battery elsewhere and Jet refused to allow me to cancel the order. My option is to now wait for an unknown amount of time for the battery. Not a very good outcome for me. Jet offered me $20 credit on my next order for the inconvenience. I explained the credit was nice, but I really needed the battery, not the $20 credit. It's very foolish attempting to substitute a $20 pacifier for an inflexible cancellation policy and not providing me any information about delivery times. I call this horrible customer service. If you plan to order from Jet please understand this is how they treat their customers. Good luck ordering from Jet. I have been an Amazon Prime member for years and have never had a problem with Amazon and will never again order from Jet. I have emails from Jet to support everything I have described.

They are not honest.

This was first time order from jet.com for me

I was looking for Ninja Coffee bar CF097 for my wife and it was very good price at jet.com.
On the web site jet.com. Picture was CF097, title was just "glass carafe system" So,
I call them to confirm model #, He said model # was CF092 and I decided to keep the CF092.
But I received CF091. Price was very differed.
I'm not going to return because it was my wife's birthday gift
But I'm not going to order from jet.com anymore.

I ordered 4 items on 2/10/17.1st shipped right away and product received was not what I ordered so I sent it back the NEXT day. Still waiting on a refund to my card for that return. 2nd and third products showed up within 6 days - Hey they were right! Last item has yet to show up, I tried cancelling it (three days BEFORE it even shipped) but was told I couldn't. And it still hasn't arrived. Customer service is pleasant but unempowered.

Make up your own mind.

After i placed order, i received a call from jet.com to verify my billing address, then asked me a lot of question about my information, even ask me what's the name of high way close to my address, then later on i received another email this is what they ask me for "Please respond to this email with a picture of your credit card and driver's license. You may black out or cover up any information other than your name and the last 4 digits on your credit card, and your name and address on your drivers license. If your driver's license or ID does not contain an association to the billing address or shipping address please provide an additional piece of documentation that shows your association to either or both of these addresses (bill, mail, etc). "are you kidding me? Shop online just want to buy some water and snack that i need to do those kind of work? I rather walk-in to a store to buy those, i just don't get it why they need to verify billing address use this way? As long as match my credit card billing address and even my credit card already approve this charge! Trash website! Don't bother anymore!

I've been placing orders every few months for the last year and a half. Mostly I order dry goods and household products, but have also ordered a few computer parts and tools. The delivery is usually fast unless the items are from a third party seller. Then you can expect some delays.

At first I thought it was awesome. The prices were dramatically lower than Amazon and Walmart on some items I frequently bought. That only lasted maybe 6 or 7 months. Prices have been creeping up but there are still a few things I can get through Jet much cheaper than at the local grocery and department stores.

I also liked the fact that you could order Costco's house brand Kirkland Signature products through the site, but since the WalMart buyout I expect that will not last and that prices will not be as competitive. Some items are being removed and not restocked.

I haven't had any issues with delivery drivers. They don't always ring the doorbell but I track my shipments so I know when to expect them.

Overall I'm pretty satisfied. The only niggle I have with the site is the search - it's terrible if you know exactly what you want to buy. I just go to Google and type in, for example, "jet.com glad zipper storage gallon" if I want to restock my storage bags.

Don't bother!

I placed an order for over $36 which was card was charged. After 5 days I remembered I placed an order from them and looked ok bank statement to see indeed I was charged. I looked on my email and they had cancelled my order because I had a couple of accounts, using more than one email! I have used more than one email on the past because I couldn't remember the email that I placed the order under nor was I told I couldn't use more than one email! What would it matter I had been with them for a year now! I have Amazon student prime for $50 a year and sadly for jet they have permanently lost my business and I buy a lot online! Dumb company, instead of canceling an order why wouidnt they just email me and tell me I can only use one account? Never again jet, goodbye!

I ordered ten 12-packs of my favorite La Croix water, which shipped in two boxes. First off the boxes were barely sturdy enough to sustain that kind of weight. In fact, one of the boxes did NOT and Fedex ended up repacking my soggy cartons of pop cans (and one 12-pack arrived with no box and one can missing--I'm assuming the can that must have opened up and soaked all the others. I was truly shocked at how these were packaged and needless to say I will find another source for my sparkling water moving forward. I will call them to complain, but I'm guessing, after reading most of the reviews below, nothing will come of it. Lesson learned.

Had problem with ordering and I called the customer service. The problem immediately got solved. It was super fast and easy! Fast shipping with so many products.

Definitely recommend you to buy anything form their site.

Huge Hassle

Very dissatisfied, if I could pick no stars I would have. My boyfriend wanted to buy me a camera for my birthday and he needed to use my debit card to order it. (He lost his and is awaiting a new one)
Anyway he placed the order and they cancelled it. We called in and they asked me how long I had been at my address for, 2 cross roads and the name of a close gas station and grocery store? Is this place legit? The camera was only a little over $400, I have made bigger purchases on Amazon with no hassle what so ever. So the customer service rep says the account is verified and unlocked. We go back online and place the order again. We receive another email saying that it was canceled and to call in. I call in and they ask me for MY I.D. AND PICTURE OF MY DEBIT CARD. Wowww, no thanks. We cancelled everything and wasted so much time trying to figure this out. How is this not fraud? Do you really trust your employees with that info? We ended up buying the camera off Amazon. Good luck if you want to buy something, be prepared to go through a few hoops and send pics of your personal info.

Not worth the trouble

I tried Jet multiple times and while the pricing on some items were better than Amazon the delivery was horrendous every time! It is normal to have a bad experience here or there but every time is ridiculous!
First is the fact that they send things in multiple shipments and and it only increases the chance for errors. Second, the first two shipments were sent to the wrong address and it took hours each time for me to straighten it all out.
The delivery people they use are always rude, they dump the boxes in the lobby and don't even ring your bell, I complained several times about this to no avail. The most recent order I meant to send an order to my elderly mom and instead used my own address, within minutes I corrected the address but Jet would not cancel the order to my home, they offered that I send it all back, which was insane, it would have been so easy to cancel, so I ended up with a double order. They offered a small credit, which has disappeared from my account.
They are very nice on the phone, always, but consistently poor service is inexcusable.
I prefer Amazon frankly, they are not perfect either, but they sort of got this on line shopping thing down to a science, will not buy from Jet again.

I never used jet before but i was soing research online and found the item i was looking for on their website for alot cheaper than any else. So i created an account then purchased the item. The next day i get an email from them saying my order was cancelled and account was suspended please call our verification team. I called and they said my billing address did not match with my debit card which it actually did by the way. They then asked for me to send a copy of my ID, Debit card and piece of mail so that they can verification my address. I never would usually send my personal information to a strong over the phone but i wanted the item so badly i emailed them the personal information. They then email me back claiming that the photos of my ID, debit card and piece of mail with my address was not good enough. I then told them to just cancel my account and to delete my personal information from their system. I called them and the man answered then hanged up the phone on me. I cancelled my debit card and got a new driver license because i felt like i would have been a victim of fraud eventually because they were up to something very suspicious, and it did not seem right. I will never use the creepy website again ill just stick with Amazon and Ebay.

Not Happy

Will not recommend JET, too involved in politics for a public business. My last order has been placed, I do not like the political aspect of the company. I wonder if many people who order JET realize JET'S owner is listed as WALMART? Check it.

Super slow shipping

GREAT prices

Found the tanning lotion I fell in love with at the salon that was nearly $80 for under $25... was shipped to me for free and took less than 4 days! Lotion is exact same and was reassured as it still had the plastic sealing on it, would recommend to anybody

DO NOT ORDER FROM JET

The first order was damaged and if I did not check it, I would have NEVER known! Ridiculous! Furthermore, part of my order was delayed, first because they said they were given the wrong tracking # and now they say it is out of stock. Untruths, misrepresentations. I would hate to work there. Customer service is THANK GOD, American with people that speak English but it doesn't mean a damn thing when they are spouting untruths becuase they likely don't have the answer. Save yourself the hassle and don't order.
