I have been trying to get in touch with them about an order I placed over 2 weeks ago, and despite sending many messages and leaving numerous voicemails, no one has yet to contact me back. They do not answer their phone, nor do they return your phone call. Do not order from this company
First of all it took 6 weeks to get my order. I have always worn the same size in $#*!ies EDS. Had no problems with sizing from another $#*!ies supplier but these are horribly smaller than they should be. The fabric also isn't typical $#*!ies. $150 worth of scrubs down the drain. Not even going to attempt to send them back because I'm scared I'll never see my money because of their horrible customer service. Don't check their social media for reviews because they immediately remove anything negative.
I ordered and my credit card was charged on 04/05/2016 but have not received my order yet. I can not get through to anyone at Jens scrubs. Have ordered before and was satisfied with the order. Frustrated!
Sure JEN I would love to allow your customer service team to "take care" of my order I never received from March 19 that never said it was on back order! BUT no one ever responses to emails and the phone number that is listed DOESNT WORK! What kind of customer service allows an order to never be received, but takes your money! This site is a joke! At this point they should send my scrubs and refund my money, but I would just be happy with the refund! Since when is stealing ok?! I will NEVER order from this site again and neither will anyone I know! So please JEN let me know how to actually get in touch with someone from your company!
I ordered over $100 of scrubs on 4/7/2016. Credit card was credited the same day. Order is still saying "Awaiting fulfillment". I have made numerous attempts to contact company without success over the past 2 weeks. Stephanie did email me back on 4/21 and stated that they had an email issue but email was back up and running. Stated that my emails were only a blank page. I resubmitted the emails but still have not gotten a reply. I attempted to call today but unable to get anyone. I disputed transaction with credit card company. Hopefully, this will take care of problem. I will go to another more reliable site online.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us. We try our best to answer all emails in a timely fashion but as you can probably see from these posts, we had a problem with our support system and we experienced a dip in inventory recently while all this was happening. Like other reviewers, my first order with this company was flawless. However, my second order is a whole different story. I placed an order on March 25,2016. Was notified April 7,2016 that my order had shipped (but with no tracking number). By April 17, I still hadn't received my order so I sent them an email-no response. I tried calling them but its impossible to get a human on the line, so they make you leave a voicemail. I left one, and had gotten no response back. I tried calling them at all different hours throughout the day, but every time I would get the voicemail. So now I am left with no option but to dispute this charge and get my money back. So my advice to you, stay away. They offer nice discounts, but whats the point if you'll never receive the items you purchased?

We do our best to answer every email in a timely fashion but I'll admit we can improve on that. I hope you've found scrubs that are perfect for you and I'm sorry we dropped the ball. We have since resolved our email issues and are back to shipping as advertised.

The first order I placed went fine. I think this how they suck you in. Then the next order is where the lies start. No mater how many emails you send or calls you make the merchandise is never delivered. I finally called my credit card company and they were able to get my money back in 24 hours. Stay away from this company.
Ordered several sets of scrubs on 4/3/16. Received notice a few days later saying it was shipped. 2 Weeks later still not received. Tried calling but no one picks up so I left a message and no one called back. Sent an e-mail and still no response. Finally after 2 1/2 weeks, I disputed the charge on my credit card and received a refund. Wouldn't even think about doing business with them again.
So have been waiting 3 and a half weeks for my very small order (2 items). Called at 3 weeks, no personal service, goes directly to a message after 15 seconds, left message, no response. Called 2 days later, same service regardless of which choice you pick on automation system. No response again after 2 days. Sure took payment out same day of order!
I have ordered previously from the company with no problems however the last order I placed two weeks ago has been a nightmare. I ordered both Med Couture scrubs and Wonderwink scrubs. I got the Med Couture scrubs in and they sent me the wrong size. I tried to go online and use the return process online but my order didn't show on the list so I sent an email. I got a response within a day for Drew telling me to let them know if I wanted to exchange. I have emailed 3 additional times and called several times and no one answers. My phone call remains I responded too as do my emails. Additionally, I was charged for the entire order and only received half of it. I would highly recommend staying away from these shysters.
I would not recommend this place. I ordered over $100 worth of scrubs because they emailed me a 30% discount code (buynow30). My order has been marked as shipped for 2 weeks already and I have yet to receive anything. I've sent multiple emails through their website. I've tried calling their phone number. No answers, no replies, no tracking numbers. My experience is similar to many other people's on this page. What a terrible business.
Update: 5/4/16 These guys remove all of their negative Facebook posts. I didn't know you could do that. Very deceptive. Even now, though they say that their issues are resolved, they continue to get horrible reviews. They don't answer emails or phone calls, or even comment on these reviews, or at least not since 4/26/16. Initial Review: I wish I had seen this site before ordering from Jen's Scrubs. My experience is like many other reviewers. I ordered on 3/21 and my scrub bottoms weren't shipped until 3/29. I never received them. I emailed and received a response from Drew saying I should have received them and that he would(it was Sunday)re-ship them the next day. He didn't, but apparently did on Tuesday, two-day via Fed Ex. I finally got my scrubs yesterday, 4/14,24 days after I placed my order. Regarding customer service, they won't answer emails or phone messages in a timely way, though I finally did get a call back and a voicemail on my landline. Another weird thing: I left two posts on Facebook and neither have shown up. It's like they control their page and the only posts that show up are glowing and wonderful. It's seems manipulative to me. Their prices are good but I won't be back. Not worth the headache.
Ordered $60 worth of scrubs on 3/21/16 and finally after several emails my order shipped on 3/29/16. The guy said I would receive my order in a few days via USPS but there is no tracking numbers. I have since then emailed and called several times since then because I have still not received my order and I'm pretty sure there is no where in the US that it takes 13 days to receive a mail order... I wanted a refund so I left messages and was waiting for a return call, finally after several days they called and said you should have received your order by now. I said I most certainly have not received it and would like my money back, he said he would refund it... still waiting to see if they actually do. Don't order from this company
Ordered from this outfit a second time and am regretting it. Placed an approximately $50 order and paid for it on 3/21. Orders that are shipped out to the customer do not include a tracking number. I did receive notification from the business that my order had shipped -- eight days after it was placed, but it is a guessing game after that without a tracking number. I have sent at least five messages and my husband has tried to reach them on the phone several other times. No response whatsoever. So now the transaction is in dispute. Will never deal with this place again.
14 days for a simple scrub set to be sent out. God knows how long till I rec it as there is no tracking number. 4 emails all unanswered. Phone says no service for 5 days. Wow. How do they stay in business.

Ordered scrubs several weeks ago. Got partial order 2 weeks ago. I have emailed almost everyday with no reply. I finally got in touch with them by phone LAST FRIDAY 3/17th they swore my scrubs were out for delivery that day well here it is 03/25 STILL MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED!

I tried to exchange a lab jacket for a smaller size. They proceeded to send me back the exact same lab jacket. I found it easier to go to the store to purchase one. When they refunded my money they took $20 of my refund to pay for returning the lab jacket. I have called and emailed them to discuss this and they are not responding
It's amazing how you can order product from one business and receive it within 5 days. Paying NO extra shipping or anything. But I order from Jens and its now been 8 days since ordering and paying for it and the email I got yesterday tells me another 3-5 days before I'd receive it. I will NOT order another product from this place again. Better service at Walmart and that alone says ALOT...
