Very Disappointed!

I ordered some scrubs on April 1st, and my bank account was charged the 4th and my order said it was shipped. I waited and waited but no package came, emailed them several times and finally got a response on May 1st which said my package should have been delivered but they would resend it out. Today is May 20th and still NO order! Very disappointed!

Why should I be surprised? The product I ordered April 24th PARTIALLY arrived today and guess what it's NOT what I ordered. I'm so beyond angry I have no words to describe it! Well I have words but I won't type them! A discount? Seriously you want to offer me a discount?!? Not in this lifetime would I spend another penny on anything from your company! I've to date left 14 messages 4 emails and I received a partial wrong order. I'm rejecting the next delivery and returning to sender. I just want my money back! I've order the product I requested from another company and guess what I already received it so why would I want it from you at this point? I give... Just a word of warning SAVE your money and spend it with a different company!

Glad I'm not the only one having issues with this joke of a company. Ordered scrubs on April 25 and still haven't received them. Multiple emails, phone calls without a response. These people suck $#*!!

WHERES MY ORDER!

I have used this company in the past and the service was great. Ordered again in April and after several unanswered emails and voice mails they mailed the wrong size. Sent it back and here we go again with the unanswered emails or phone calls! I will never order from them again

Awful

Placed an order and it sat in "awaiting fulfillment" a week. I started calling and emailing daily with no response. FINALLY got a voicemail after 7 days that said it had been shipped earlier that day and would arrive in 2-3 business days. That was 9 days ago. I've left 4 more voicemails, sent several emails, and Facebook messaged with no response. My order says shipped but still has no tracking number. Wtf? Liars.

I've ordered several times from this company and I was very satisfied. Now my order from 4/28 has yet to be shipped and no one answer phone calls or responds to messages! Very frustrated and by looking at other reviews I see it is a HUGE problem right now.

I have used this company to order scrubs a few times within the last year. The first couple of times they were great! I literally received my order within 5 days of ordering and only paid $4 for shipping. I recently placed 2 more orders during their buy one get one 50% off sale and have not received either order. I am so disappointed. After 2 weeks of calling, emailing, and Facebook messaging the company I decided to file a dispute with PayPal. So done with Jen's Scrubs. They have officially lost my business!

I Ordered two weeks ago and I still have not received the scrubs. I have never had a problem with this company. My department have even made a bulk order before. No problem. I have just filed a paypal dispute. I hope that I will get a refund soon.

Placed an order over 3 weeks ago. My package was (and still is) in "awaiting fulfillment" status. I called about 2+ weeks ago and someone answered as soon as I called and said the one color I ordered was backorder, they just received it and it would ship within the next 24 hours. Seemed legit. 2 weeks pass, still no package. I called again. Honesty probably 50+ times. No answer. I've left voicemails, emails, commented on their Facebook (which is weird). Someone responded to me on Facebook message and called me. I was at work and unfortunately missed the call. Now I can't get a hold of them at all. I just got off the phone with my bank and filed a claim. I wish I came across this site before I placed my order. If you are already in the same situation, call your bank. Good luck.

Horrible service! Takes weeks to receive your order IF they decide to ship it... I've paid over $80 for merchandise NOT received and have tried numerous times to contact "customer service" but no response ever! I just want my money back! Don't trust this site, it's a scam! Very disappointing!

A HOTT A$$ MESS

I placed two orders with Jens Scrubs on 4/23/16 I spoke with customer service on 4/28/16 & the agent informed me that my order had shipped on 4/27/16. It is now 5/6/16 I have not received my order. No one can be reached on the customer care number nor does anyone return your call. I am just going to take legal action to get my money back. Please stay away from this company!

I placed my order on April 16th and less than 24 hours later Jen's Scrubs charged my credit card, via PayPal, for the full purchase amount. My credit card posted the payment on 4/18. The website does not clearly list information regarding payment, shipment, delivery, nor is the phone number and physical address easily discoverable. I was able to find some information on the website. The company FAQ states that "credit card[s] will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s)." By this note, my order should have been shipped by 4/19. In addition, regarding shipping, the website indicates that "[m]ost orders ship within 24-48 hours after being submitted" and that the customer "will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment." If my order had shipped as expected, based on when Jen's Scrubs deducted payment from my account, I should have received a confirmation and tracking email by 4/21. I received no further communication from Jen's Scrubs other than an email copy of my order on 4/16. After two weeks of not receiving any updates from the company I became concerned. I called customer service numerous times to no avail, never reaching a live person. I eventually left a voice message and attempted to message your company through the website, PayPal, and the Better Business Bureau. As noted in prior emails to Jen's Scrubs, as of May 4th my order status on the website did not show that my order was shipped but that it was "awaiting fulfillment." Today, May 5th, I have received no direct responses to my messages with Jen's Scrubs, yet checking my order status on the website, it reads "disputed." How does the company have time to switch the order status yet fails to reply to messages? I am disputing the charges for product that was never shipped. On the company's end, what more is there to do other than acknowledge and confirm my request to cancel my order and provide a full refund? At the least, I hope the company can pull it together enough to provide my refund in a timely fashion.

I have dealt with them several times. The second time, I just thought I would give them another chance. Weeks (like 8+) for order status to be changed to shipped, weeks and weeks sitting in shipped status but never receiving. Call and no one answers. In the beginning they would return call or answer e-mail. They did give me a credit for my last problem so I decided to see if they would be different a 3rd time. Nope. They "shipped" my order over a month ago. I don't have it. I noticed also that they used to have the customer service number on the top of their website - not there anymore - go figure. By the way, that number can be found by searching Google - but they don't answer. They claim to be such a huge, successful business (one of the leaders in the industry) but don't have enough people to answer their phone. Go to their Facebook page - ha! I was on there and noticed that there were all of these customer comments that were sort of faded out (the negative ones). I happened to actually be on the phone with them complaining and mentioned how they have SO many UNHAPPY customers and mentioned the FB posts and the guy said he was looking at the page and didn't see those and that he didn't know what I was talking about. Something told me to copy them - the next day they were gone. They must have had a setting wrong or something where it could be seen. Anyway, I have a document with all of these posts with person who posted, date posted, and details - trust me - this is absolutely the worst company I have EVER dealt with and I shop online A LOT. I also do not have time to even think about this but I feel very strongly about people getting screwed by a company like this. Even if you eventually get your order - the hassle is INSANE. I hope they go out of business soon!

I placed an order with Jen's Scrubs on March 27th, 2016. After two weeks having not received my package. I was beginning to become concerned about the whereabouts of my order. I began trying to contact this company April 13th. I called on numerous occasions and I was never able to get anyone on the phone. I sent e-mails along with leaving voicemail's for weeks and weeks up until today May 3rd, 2016. I wrote another e-mail this morning stating that I no longer desired the items that I ordered due to this terrible experience and I was refunded within minutes of my e-mail. Of course only because I stated I would take legal action against them if this problem was not resolved immediately. This is a despicable excuse for a "company". I advise everyone to avoid Jen's Scrubs at all costs. Such a disaster and I will never give them my business again.

I ordered in the past without problems. I made recent orders on March 30 and April 4 and I received email that both orders were shipped shipped (without tracking numbers) on April 7. Until now, I have not received the orders and I sent multiple emails and left several messages which were not returned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I've placed 2 orders with them in the past and it was great. I've placed two beginning of April and still nothing. Emails weren't returned. Calls not returned. I did send a private facebook msg and they replied that both orders had been shipped and I would receive shipping details via email. That was over a week ago and nothing. And now they won't respond to my private messages. I've left comments on their facebook and they keep taking them down.

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER

My experience is almost exactly like what others are saying on here. I placed an order on April 4. My order was marked 'shipped' on April 7. Today is April 28, three weeks later, and I still have not received my order. I contacted them twice by email and got no response. I am now in the process of disputing the charge.

I understand that email and phone systems sometimes go down, but here are the problems I have with the responses to the reviewers on here from the Jen's representative:

1). If your email/phone go down, why not post alternate contact info on your social media or your website? Comments were made on FB from people who had not received their order, and those comments were promptly taken down. Obviously, customers were trying to reach you through social media, so why not explain what's happening and offer a way for them to reach you?
2). If your inventory has taken a dip (as it says in several of the responses), why keep advertising your spring sale? In fact, I just got an email two days ago advertising your spring sale and it says 'making room for new inventory'.
3). If you don't have the inventory, why was my order marked as 'shipped'? If something is on back order, then say it is. I think most customers understand when items are on back order. What they don't understand is when something says it has shipped, when it obviously hasn't.

The last update I received on my order was on April 7 and it was "awaiting fullfillment". I have emailed customer service 4 times... 3 times being this week when their system was supposedly backing working properly but I have yet to get any response.

My experience with Jen's Scrubs is just like everyone else. I placed a order weeks ago and I am still waiting! No return calls or emails.
I feel they only send out a few orders so they don't look like a complete scam.
Even if I eventually get my order I will never order from them again. I filed a fraudulant claim with my bank and a claim with the BBB in hopes this will stop Jen's Scrubs from running a terrble business.
