Order #******* (Dec 1,2025). I'm in Cagliari, Italy, but my package was marked delivered in Rotterdam, Netherlands. I never received it.
Customer support has been slow since Jan 22,2026 and kept offering refund + reorder, which would make me pay more today: refund €234.10 vs reorder €284 (+€49.90). That's not an acceptable resolution for a delivery failure.
Posting this to warn others. I'll update if FIGS sends a replacement correctly and handles it with priority.
I have purchased 3 set of scrubs and they have all been comfortable and I like the way they look. The pair I bought in January is still holding up well in May.
I got a pair of shoes from the site which I found to be very comfortable and stylish. Unfortunately one of them wore out in the toe within 6 weeks - think there might have a been a product defect. I reported the issue to customer service and they were able to issue a credit to me.
