I've had nothing but problems with this website. Called over 50 times to try to contact someone to cancel a large order since after weeks I hadn't heard anything back regarding the order (my card was charged), every department on their automated phone system was the same message-leave a message and someone will call you back. Tried emailing, Facebook messaging, PayPal messaging and NOTHING. They are crooks. And if the business comments back on this message to "call and resolve the issues at such and such number" IVE TRIED THAT AND YOU PEOPLE NEVER ANSWER! Horrible business.
I ordered scrubs for my Stanford Inters on March 3. We are still waiting for them. I have emailed and emailed Jens since March. Our Inters all have their scrubs they ordered from someone else. All but 1, the one from Jens. This is very unprofessional. I have gotten messages saying they are on the way sorry about that. But its June 15 and No scrubs.
Placed an order over 3 weeks ago and still not a word as to where it is although they have already charged my account for it. I've called, emailed, messaged on FB... nothing. Steer clear of this business. Never again...

I ordered on May 4,2016. As of June 10, they still say "awaiting fulfillment." I have left phone messages and sent emails. NOTHING. I have seen their responses on this site telling others to call their customer service number. Trust me, nobody is there.

I ordered scrubs from Jen's Scrubs on 5/21/2016. They processed my payment on 5/23/2016. I have emailed, called, and sent messages via their website asking for a status update and I simply get ignored. They have stolen my money as they have not followed through on their end. I will contact my credit card company and stop payment and get my money back. I will never, ever shop with Jen's Scrubs again. They are thieves preying on desperate people. I cannot order from another company until I get my money back and I cannot apply for jobs until I get my scrubs. I was laid off last month from a company who provided me scrubs to wear so I do not have any scrubs now. I really need the scrubs I ordered but Jen's Scrubs has simply stolen from me. Way to kick me when I'm down! My order number is #*******. Jen's Scrubs needs to contact me immediately and fix this! Thank you.
--It's now 6/17/2016. Jen B., the owner of Jen's Scrubs, contacted me last week and said she has been away and her business partner has been in control and the business partner is the one who messed up all of the orders and the customer service. She said she is back in control now and is fixing everything. That is, however, a lie. She told me I would be receiving my order early this week which would have been 6/13 or 6/14 and now it is 6/17 and I have received nothing. When I call I have to leave a message as nobody answers the phone. On their website it says my order has shipped but it does not say how long it will take, which company is delivering, or the tracking number. They did give me a 25% refund last week which is nice but I would rather have my scrubs. If I do not get my scrubs by this coming Monday, I will have to find out how to sue them.

I placed 2 orders on March 28th! After over a month of calling and emailing with NO RESPONSES, finally I got someone to call me back. Their "server was down" and they didn't get any of my messages. Funny... If you didn't receive any of my messages, how did you know to return my call after a month? Anyways, both orders had to be returned for different sizes seeing as how I found out I was pregnant in the meantime. They received them on April 28. It is now June 2nd and order STILL SAYS WAITING FULFILLMENT! I cannot tell you how many countless emails and calls I have done, again with no responses. $200 worth of merchandise that I have nothing to show for! I have been in contact with my lawyer and also filing disputes with my bank. This is most definitely, BY FAR the WORST company I've ever dealt with. NEVER AGAIN.

I placed an order May 1,2016. My debit card was charged May 3rd. My order status still states "awaiting fulfillment." I have called their customer service every other day for the last 2 weeks and left messages every time. I've also sent 2 emails. I have received no response from this company. Its May and I still have not received anything - have called and emailed repeatedly but no response. I see now that they are not BBB accredited and have many complaints filed with BBB. Company must be going out of business. I am having same problem as everyone else. They charge, do not ship, no one replies to inquiries. Website should be shut down.

I then tried to call to place an order on the phone however no response there either. I am assuming this company must be going out of business. They readily take your money and do not fulfill your order. It will show awaiting fulfillment... I wish I had read these reviews prior to placing my order; but shame on me I did not... I placed my two orders on February 26th 2016. In few weeks I received a part of the order. But NEVER received my pair of pants. I emaied to customer service at least eight times, called five. The problem is not solved despite they promised to send the pants. NO PANTS< NO MONEY. They are just ignoring me. Today is May 22nd, 2016. Very dishonest, huge disappointment.
