Dollars with this company and recently made a lousy $250 purchase. First they didn't ship it for weeks, then after I called them and asked why, they blamed it on Covid and shipping delays. They then told me they were shipping it and I never received the package. They basically told me The package was lost and they were not going to refund my money or ship a replacement part. The managers would not return my phone calls or Emails. They'd rather loose a customer that spends thousands of dollars with them then make it right. Terrible customer service and terrible company. I will be telling EVERYONE about this terrible company
Complete order shipped heads never came. Called they were back ordered although showed shipped and charged for complete order. Was told back ordered will ship on 7 days and would be Called if not. Didn't ship in 10 days now 5 to 6 months out and ask for refund. What a joke and huge waist of my time. Best to spend your $$$ at SUMMIT Racing.
I ordered a Chevy 350 motor on January 22nd of 2022 and was given a delivery date of march 22nd. On May 18th I called to c why my motor was 8 weeks late. They told me they were a little behind I might have my motor by August. That's 7 month not the 2 month I was quoted. They take your money, never inform u that there is a delay and blame it on someone else. Jegs has been in business for decades. For them to say they don't know what they're suppliers r capable of insults my integrity. I believe I was duked knowing all along if they told me it would take 7 months to get a 350 motor I would have gone in a different direction. They take you money and don't produce the product.
You cannot count on this company to help you if your online order goes missing or you have an issues with components. They have consistently made it my problem and not offered any constructive help in any way shape or form. I have had everything small stuff to large engine components with issues and they answer to something like " sorry that sounds like a problem for you". They are managed by people that have no idea how the real world works and are only interested in bottom line. Shame on you JEGS.
You are better off shopping elsewhere with people that give two cents about their clientele.
I literally wouldn't even give them one star. I ordered a product from them, check order status one day later, and the product is on back order. Their policy specifically states the customer would be notified if a product is on back order so they have the option to cancel the order, etc. I was not notified. I then tried to call them several times waiting on hold for over an hour, sometimes two hours at a time, to try to cancel my order and no one ever answers. I proceed to call back trying to get ANYONE on the phone whether it be Accounting, HR, etc. and literally NO ONE WHATSOEVER would pick up a phone. There's no other way to contact them or cancel an order. This is an absolute $#*! SHOW of a business!
Don't shop here… These people are highly incompetent… They sent me the wrong bolt pattern for the wheels that I ordered…after saying sorry while expressing no empathy they dumped me back in the Queue for another 30 minute wait with no one there willing to take ownership of the issue…
Yea these people took 400.00 from me and scammed me out of a intellitronix digital instrument cluster. My package said it was delivered however I did not receive it. Called them the next day and they said they would start a trace on the package. I called every other day for a month and a half. They finally said that FedEx did lose my package and that the item was on back order. Finally received it after I purchased one online from Craigslist. I returned the item expecting to receive a refund or credit. I was told to provide my receipt for the on I purchased off Craigslist. Spoke to the manager and he said that you can't purchase the intellitronix digital instrument cluster from private citizens. Well here are several people selling them
Called and placed an order with a sales person for a will call pick up at thier warehouse for a distributor and a voltage regulator. Summit racing had the same regulator for $33.99, jegs price was $77.99 so i ask about price matching it and sales rep said yes they do and would price match it. He gave me a total on my order with price matching i paid for it over the phone he gave me a con. # then drove over an hr one way to pick my order up at the their warehouse. I get there and guy inside at will call couldnt find my order for about 30 min. Then when he did find it he said there was an issue with price matching the regulator and that they couldnt do it but could sell it to me for $60.00 if i still wanted it, which i needed it so i went ahead and paid the extra for it at that point ive been there for over an hour. Then i get home and then the distributor was missing parts and looks like someone has already had it and returned it and it doesnt even look like the one online that i paid for and it wont fit. So i call customer service and theyre not in on the weekend so have to wait till monday morning to contact them and they tell me they cant do anything about the price mating because that was to low of a price to sell it for and that summit racing must have a misprint online on their price. Then on the distributor theyre gonna send me another one and charge me for it and i have to send defective one back and wait on the refund on that one. Very $#*!ty way of doing business and customer service. Shouldve just went to summit racing.
I bought Speedmaster pce305 1017 pistons, first they sold me the wrong rings. Then they sold me rings that I just found out they were also wrong after I thought I had made a mistake gapping rings. They never mentioned about a oil support ring, so I thought I screwed them up. They sold me another set of rings and they didn't fit. After a year of trying to get rings for the piston, and after 3 sets of wrong rings, I found out they can't get rings for the pistons and told me they are not being made any more. While waiting for rings, I called Jegs and asked about other parts I ordered and was waiting for. They said they made a mistake, that they put on a Fed ex truck to Florida instead of Winnipeg, Canada. From sending me 3 sets of wrong rings, which I still don't have rings that will fit and shipping to wrong Country and having me have to find rings and not taking back pistons. They sold me pistons that they won't give me back because they say it's over the time to get my money back. The time has been their fault and their stupidity. I get probably 2 emails a day for parts and advertisements and I will never buy from them again because of stupidity, bad tech suggestions and money they think I have to throw away. I suggest that other buyers for parts don't make the same mistake as me to buy anything from F#?*<^>@ JEGS
Brad, and Paul are 5 Star salesmen, I received my ATK Remanufactured long Block in 8 days,, and all other shipments 3, & 5 days after placing and paying for order. My only problem is follow up was less than stellar lots of being on hold, trying to get actural ETA for scheduling. Motor will be getting installed next week. Just got to be thankful for that, for so many others do not have it in stock or is on months out backlog. Knowing 8 days from midwest to Oregon is not that long for LTL shipment to be delivered in the uproar that is facing this county today. For they will have this customer for life. Do not every buy anything from this company the customer service is non existent and you will never get the thins you ordered without 17 phone calls i hate this place.
Ordered new coil pack wires for my focus last Saturday and am just now getting them this Saturday just ridiculous it takes 8 days to ship a little box of 4 9 or so inch wire's only reason I'm not putting 1 star is the lady who answered when I called was nice and helped me. It's a shame

I ordered a new "factory replacement radio" for my F-150. When I received the item it was not a radio, but instead a face-plate for my console. On top of it being grossly misrepresented, it was clearly a refurbished items that they listed as "new". There was a rusted bold and retention clip as well as scratches on some of the buttons from vehicle wear and tear. I tried calling customer service (you must call; email is not an option) but spent over 30 minutes on hold. When I went to the return option online, I found that I could easily return this item but at my own expense. I have submitted a Feedback form and have disputed the charge on my credit card due to deceitful practices. This review is step 3 and the BBB will be next. I can clearly see why the overall rating is 1.4 stars.
Before you buy try to contact customer service with a question and see if they answer. At on hold 4 different times over 40 minutes and no answer. Finally went on website and ask for a return slip and was charged for a return slip and couldn't get it printed so sitting on hold again.
Sent the trans back to Jegs and got one from Auto Value on 03/21/2022 and will install this am. It took 3 business days (not counting Saturday and Sunday) to get it, should have gone to Auto Value in the first place GRrrr! Lesson learned the hard way! FYI the torque converter was supposed to ship on 3/30/2022 if I can believe them after 3 empty shipping promises?
Jegs rep promised speedy delivery of a transmission with torque converter for my work truck, trans came but still waiting for the torque converter for 3 weeks now. They lie to get your $$ and then leave you waiting. Calls to them are put on hold for up to 2 hours. The 3 people talked to all promised it will ship, the last stated shipping on the 15th and will get email notification, 03/15/2022 has come and gone and NO shipping notification. On hold, again to find out where is my order? DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Ordered an overpriced item that was in stock and available to ship. Within hours received notice that the item could not ship from distributor for 10 days. Sent two different versions of Email, one by reply the other through PayPal to cancel my order. Within 8 Hours I get another Email saying my order has shipped. Over thirty minutes on hold trying to make sure it is canceled. Communication within the company is not good at all. I finally got hold of a customer service rep whom I could barely hear and hopefully it's caught and canceled.
When you talk to there (professionals) and they get you the wrong stuff you will have to pay for the shipping again. To get the right stuff or the missing stuff. What I was told was he didn't order the stuff so he didn't miss anything. How professional but if i wanted the stuff i would have to pay shipping again. If it was in the box the 1 st time i wouldn't have to pay shipping two times. Lets just say to make my day better i just payed shipping again i was getting no where with will you know!

The 2nd time I called, I was helped very quickly, and the 2nd representative was way more professional and polite, compared to the man and woman I dealt with on the first call... please hold... please hold... please hold...
Answer: Good luck asking for an "expert" from JEGs. Also enjoy the "Help is right around the corner" message repeating itself while you wait on "hold". Almost like their phone system doesn't go anywhere when you ask for customer service.
