I ordered my part on Jan 21 2022, and was assured I would received my part, although other com. Had said it would be a few months, six week's this has been going on. I have talked to Tim, Ben, one other person who I did not get the Name, and Cheryl who I was told was a supervisor, All who informed me that my part was in the warehouse and would be shipped that Friday 'today a week Later after being on hold for 38 min. I ask for a manager, I talked to Pierri was his name, who I felt was eager to cancel my order, all he had to say was Sorry, I should have not been told my part was in the warehouse. Through this whole prosses. I never received a phone call or Email, I did all the follow up Myself, I have listen to untold min. Of how good the customer service is on the phone service, I personally don't think they really Care.
Make sure everything pictured in the kit is actually in the kit. Bought an efi from jeggy half the parts pictured not included in the kit. Only 600 bones more. RETURN...
There trash I made on order on November last year never got a tracking number I called like 4 times nicer got a tracking number now they said it was deliver on the 16 called again lady said on the 24 of December and the last lady I talked to on the 18 if it was on December 24 I was of town for Christmas never got a tracking number and now they said contact PayPal I called PayPal they said they can do anything no more so I lost 2600 just like that order from summit don't waste your time with jegs
Worst ever customer service 28 minute hold just to get to a CSR then another 5 minutes to get to a tech that didnt know the diffrent parts of a wheel. We were eventually cut off (i think) so a 30 minute phone call turned into zeropurchased wheel sets.
Was looking at a motor to order the first of November 2021 and cart said motor would ship the middle of November so I called and ordered the motor on November 8th and was told motor would ship Dec 15th. So on Dec 15th I call jegs to inquire about order and was told they would call vendor to check on order. After checking with vendor I was told it would be another 2 months before it would ship. So I asked about being compensated for the delay as I was planning a trip as soon as I got my motor in. Was told by customer service the would send me a jegs t shirt for the inconvenience which I told them that was unacceptable so she told me she would put me with her supervisor which could compensate me in some way so he says he will call the vendor himself and check on it. He gets back with me and says that it will more than likely be the middle of June 2022 before my motor ships so I asked about compensation for the inconvenience and he says all the could do was send me a jegs t shirt for the inconvenience and that I could cancel my order if I was unhappy with the service or compensation they offered. So I started checking around to see if any other companies could any better. I decided on waiting before I made a decision on any of it. Well I get up this morning Dec 21st to a phone call from a shipper wanting to schedule a time to deliver my motor from at worldwide. Needless to say customer service never called the vendor at to inquire about my order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FRO JEGS AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!
Bought a transmission from them and I kid you not a day and a half after I got it installed it went out again. Called them and they said to take it out and send it back so I had to pay another $750 to get it taken out all because their product was junk. They did not make it right or help with the second installation charge after their junk part went out after about 100 miles of driving. Never buy from jegs. Terrible customer service terrible parts terrible morals and values. I both figuratively and literally paid for their junk parts. I wouldn't be too worried if it was a couple hundred dollar part and installation charge but it was a 2 thousand dollar part and $750 installation charge that I had to pay twice because of their junk
I ordered my part 3 months ago and was told it would ship out in 3 days and then I was told by the manager that it was shipped out in 2 weeks and I still have not received 3 months later I will never use drugs again they lie and don't ship your stuff like they say they're going to Sincerely Billy Pearce
We had ordered a air compressor from the website and when it had arrived it had a different CFM than what was posted on the website. We then tried to get an exchange and seeing if it was a mistake from the vendor was the hardest thing I'd ever done. It took jegs weeks to tell me that they don't have a 18.5 CFM air compressor and when we had gotten the refund they skipped out on giving us our shipping refund.
I wanted to replace my front blinker covers from amber to clear. The after market ones I received looked great, but then to install them was terrible. There is a seam that goes around the whole cover that was obviously heat molded and the melted plastic expanded the cover beyond the specs to fit properly and my bumper got scratched installing them even after i filed the seam down to let them fit, I really had to force them into place.
They lied claiming a sport bar fit my truck, once I put it on I realized for $416 this was the most rinky dink thing I've put on this truck. I complained because not only did I have to modify it to fit it to my truck but it also came with damage. They immediately sent fedex to my house knowing the box from shipping was damaged and then offered a $20 refund lol. Not a good company, I was going to spend thousands on an engine for my blazer, would've been a lifetime customer but now? I'll be telling everyone to run for the hills. Horrible company horrible customer service.
Ordered parts charged the card and to cancel order and you have to pay for other order untill the cancelation is processed. So double paying and hoping you get your parts. I wiuld never buy from them again and mind you i have been a customer for 30 The customer service is horrible the supervisor could careless about the issue.

Trying to order a throttle body adapter for my 2016 mustang GT this is the throttle body about adapter that will allow me to install a GT350 throttle body on a GT. For whatever reason they will not ship this to California. The $#*!head I talked to on the phone suggested I ship it to Nevada. I replied with what's it going to do sprout legs and walk over to the Bay area after that what kind of $#*! is this. The part is going on in a vehicle that is only used at the track anyway I don't understand what the $#*!in issue is... smog? Well the car doesn't have cats as it is and in pretty sure you don't smog track cars. Thanks for nothing jegs.
Ordered a oil pickup for my 440 over 7 months ago still waiting... They give me a new ship by date every month and still nothing... But was able to source straight from manufacturer after the fact, but they tell me its problem with vendor...
I decided to upgrade my spark plugs I figured it couldn't hurt so I use these guys and I'm happy I did so. I received my order in four days and had them installed at my local mechanic in no time.

I was sold a polished alternator bracket only to discover that it would not fit my engine. I was specific that the double hump heads were not guile heads. The bracket would not fit. I exchanged it for a more expensive polished low mount alternator bracket (so far, all transactions were at the retail store), more than half of the parts were missing. Took it back and was told that the Delaware warehouse would ship a new assembly that evening. I live about 45 minutes away from the retail store. The replacement was not shipped until 30 hours later, on a Friday night. Received the new assembly but it had missing parts. After talking with a person with customer service, which is an oxymoron, I was told a replacement would go out immediately, package arrived four days later, due to the weekend. Missing parts again. The third assembly arrived and it was complete, but was obviously had been used and was a return item. Well, after talking with several CSR"s and promised by a supervisor, who would double check the contents of the FOURTH assembly and ship it out…. Guess what? It arrived today and had a critical part missing. Another phone call and the missing part was promised to be shipped.
I am going to use Summit Racing from now on.

I write to them as soon as I discover, and I call them in the morning to try to stop the order, no answer for the phone I call 10 times, and no answer for the mail I sent 4 mail, So I am stuck with a part I don't need
I have been a customer of Jegs for many years without issues. Now i order parts and my delivery date has come and gone. The problem i have is maybe Jegs needs to find another shipping service that can deliver the products when promised without delay or issue. I see Amazon trucks everywhere delivering products and dont seem to have issues like this, if things dont change or Jegs chooses not to change or fix their dilliema i will just simply start to order parts from amazon. This is very sad that a company like Jegs is letting their buisiness faulter
If I could give 0 stars I would. Will never order from this place again. Worst process and customer service I have ever experienced. From ordering (4) caps and only being sent 3 because that's all they had in stock (even though it said 12 online)... then being told my payment declined because you had only charged me for the 3 parts sent and then charged a separate transaction for the 1 sent later. After all this BS it took over 2 weeks to get my parts. Well only reason I ordered from here is because its was supposed to be same day or next day shipping and it was a time sensitive matter. Soon as I got them I sent them back in the same way they were sent to me as requested, 1 part in one box and the other 3 parts in the same box. I then only get refunded for 1 of the 4 parts? Have been fighting with them for hours on the phone. It has now been 3 months and I still do not have my full refund. I have my shipping label for proof of my return. AWFUL COMPANY... not my fault your guys don't know how to scan in returns properly. Figure it out. Never doing business with them again
Answer: Let me count the ways Because they dont send the ordered part mine was wrong my neighbor in our tract order was wrong - the shipment here to lake havasu were more than a week late - most likely because tythe phoenix hub didnt have a truck going this way. Well too bad..

Answer: I actually didn't have any issues with getting a representative on the phone either time I called them. It was the 1 hour+ wait time on hold that was extremely aggravating for the exchange. The 2nd time I called, I was helped very quickly, and the 2nd representative was way more professional and polite, compared to the man and woman I dealt with on the first call... please hold... please hold... please hold...
Answer: Good luck asking for an "expert" from JEGs. Also enjoy the "Help is right around the corner" message repeating itself while you wait on "hold". Almost like their phone system doesn't go anywhere when you ask for customer service.
