A 35 minute wait to get the sneakers from the back after repeated requests.
A 45 minute wait to get to the register to pay for my item.
As they were looking for the item that should have already been behind the register. I found out that they brought the wrong size out. When I expressed my concerns the Manager Eva was disrespectful and downright condescending.
When I informed her that I would be filing a complaint with her corporate office her response was "OK".
Currently waiting on an area manager call back..
Order a hoodie paid for express 2 day shipping then found out that the company policy is they have as much time as they want to process the order and ship. 2 day shipping is just for once it's shipped. Big waste of money should have ordered from another actual reputable site. Reach their policies before ordering

There is a processing time for once the order is placed the parcel will have to undergo a pick and pack process, which can take up to 1-3 business days. Once the parcel has been despatched it should then be delivered within 1-2 business days if the express option is chosen.

Items not recieved, jd says i did. Evri admitted not a safe place to leave parcel, jd continued to use this company and i lost out on over £100, left a review on trust pilot, i was adviced to email the address provided, that was a waste of time, on top of my wasted money, hope the person strotting around in my order appreciates it

Yesterday I went In JDSports in Oshawa mall and bought a pair of Nike shoes, upon leaving the store I had dropped my receipt somewhere and couldn't find it, the next day I had went back to the store and asked for a receipt and asked if I could either return or exchange the shoes. Instead, mall security was called and we were escorted out and banned from JDSports, Oshawa mall Ontario. The head manager was very rude and unpolite towards us and the other employees were laughing as the situation escalated. On top of all this some employees were trying to help us but the head manager told them not to.

On 02/11, Customer service was so bad literally ladies working so rude and it was misunderstanding about prices but didn't buy I was about to walkout they laughed at me and they were said very loud $90 not 19 hahhaha laughed. And as customer I was so humiliated and all other customers looked at me. Myself working at retail 4 yrs and i love my work and customer service, eventhough asking price or availability they have so attitude and handbaliing me to cashier and think if they really improve their business they should have a meeting of how to do customer service.

So i ordered trainers they said they were coming between 6.30 and 7.30 they came at 4.41 nobody was in the house. The girl who delivered to me took a photo of proof that the package was in the porch i looked at it and it clearly wasn't my trainers you can tell by the photo. Not only that they wasnt even there at the time we came back so ive been robbed and now they investigated it and they are saying they believe it was successfully delivered i am now 70 down. Fuming customer i will be taking this further

I wish to inform all the shoppers that JD Sport Customer Service has no clue of the service. They work based on tick boxes and your complain is not dealt as individually. JD Sport uses the Service of EVRI for Delivery and MUST tell you this Company Drivers will steal your items and will declare under your name that your item has been delivered. EVRI Drivers will steal your goods and when you put your claim for undelivered item, based on their investigation (not sure based on what) which will never be shared to you, your claim will be rejected and ask you to dispute the payment with your Bank. However, the bank will be based on the rejected claim outcome, you will NEVER get refunded for that because of JD has rejected your claim, basically means that you are a liar, and your item has been delivered. Therefore, you call EVRI-they ask you to call the retailer- and the RETAILER will ask you to call your PAYMENT PROVIDER> This is the process. In the END YOU have LOST MONEY AND TIME AND NO ITEM GETS DELIVERED TO YOU> Please guys be CAREFUL WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER> I HAVE BEEN ROBBED AND JD has NO COMPASSION for the customers!

I went to the JD sports in Southpark mall in colonial heights VA and the lady who was working had very big teeth and breath stank and was very rude I asked a simple question and I guess because she is like 49 working at a sneaker store she is miserable and answered with a attitude never will they see my money and I'm blasting them everywhere because they clearly are not doing a good job at the hiring process

Bought item through their app. Ordered was cancelled for no reason provided. Contacted them and was provided different reasons at different touch points. No alternative provided. And they charged the amount to the credit card anyway. Very high handed in their response. Not honest. Buyer beware

I was on holiday and I placed an order for express delivery and even paid EXTRA for this service. This was the order number: ******* and date of order: 11/09/2022.
The order was NOT delivered during the advertised time-period which was promised under the express delivery service. Secondly, the item was delivered LATE to the hotel (after I had checked-out). This incident happened on the 11th September 2022.
Now the hotel STILL has the package in their possession. I have contacted the Hilton hotel, and they mentioned that they are unable to return it. JD sports cannot even make arrangements to get the item picked-up, the package which they delivered LATE and it is their fault I am in this position and situation. I currently do not have the package which I ordered and PAID for. Neither have I been given a refund. I have made a complaint to JD sports regarding this issue and they have not even got back to me regarding this issue. I have made multiple phone calls to them and they simply do not care.
I am extremely annoyed with this situation and this situation is still not resolved. JD sports should have given me a refund as I am in this situation due to their negligence of not being able to properly provide an express service. They should not make customers pay for services they simply cannot provide.

My sons Nike shoes literally fell apart after 5 months-the top of the shoe came apart from the sole. These were only worn to school! Not abused in any shape or form. They wouldn't cover the warranty from Nike! Same thing happened at Foot Locker purchased shoes and they exchanged no questions asked! JD sports had absolutely no intention of ever offering to stand behind their products and everything is done via email! Just crappy experience all around, There are so many athletic shoe retailers out there, do yourself a favor and avoid this place

JD Sports are approved to warrant our own policies regarding faulty claims. Every product will undergo an inspection whether it is instore or through email, which any fault will be assessed to confirm if there is a manufacturing error or wear and tear.

This is what I sent to JD. Dear Customer service team. I purchased a item which was a Adidas predator football shoe. I also requested next day delivery. I had a notification that it would be delivered by Envri and it would be here between 1 pm and 2 pm. Throughout the day I have been checking the status of my item and I've had a picture of a box in a hand outside my house. Not on the porch on actually delivered to my door.
I will be sending that to as evidenced. I also have evidence of the ring door bell that shows that no item was delivered. I then proceeded to go online again and the time it said it was delivered was 1pm. It couldn't have as you can see by the screen shot of the delivery notification it was not 1pm but what it was much earlier in the day. And again when I called your team and received a text to say it was on route. That totally overlaps as it was stating on the tracking email it was delivered. I also believe that the young courier has taken my package. As we have ring cameras on the doors and I have asked the neighbour to send them and please look at these items. My child has SEN and this has devastated him as he's autistic and doesn't understand the concept of it not being here. He's seen the map and he can't understand why it's states delivered. Children with Sen and neurological disorders don't understand concepts. Please investigate this horrible situation. I eagerly await. Please see appendix with this email.

I've been waiting over 15 days for my shoes too arrive from "Germany" since NZ JDs neve has any stock. Anyway on live chat I'm getting the same response "there's been a 7-10buisness day delay. I'm getting that feeling they already F***D up!. And now I'm reading all the negative reviews about them! Let me guess I won't be getting a refund either? Pitiful an false advertisement.

However, your order seems to be going through a slight delay. Please allow a further 5 business days for your order to be delivered, if this is not completed you may contact us back for an investigation to be raised.
Any parcel that is confirmed to be lost in transit, we will process a full refund back to the customer.

I ordered an item for delivery to my home address, received incorrect text updated from Evri on its delivery which was delivered a day early to an incorrect address(with proof provided by them) Contacted JD sports who assured me they would investigate this matter waited two weeks to receive an email stating they are satisfied the item was delivered correctly.
So no refund issued!
Evri will not deal with the customer after 5 days of the delivery only the supplier.
JD did not do an investigation as they would have looked at the photographic evidence of where the item was left and of my actual address and clearly seen there was an error. And that it had been delivered somewhere else.
Poor customer service, completely inadequate investigation process!

I ordered a E Gift card to be sent by text the next day to my nephew. When it didn't arrive I tried to call them OVER 30 times over the proceeding week. I tried 10 times to use the online chat. Every single time I was told they were too busy and the automated service hung up. I left a bad review and magically got sent an email address to use and got a reply?! They want me to give them the mobile number I wanted it sent to. I advised I had given my nephew cash due the awful experience I had trying to contact them. They say I can't refund a gift card?!? It is an E card text they did not send?!?! I couldn't care less about £40 it's the time I have wasted trying to call this awful retailer. I will be seeking compensation and will want to talk to ceo or at very least senior management. DO NOT USE read the news stories about how awful they are and DO NOT expect to get through them!

There are times when items may go out of stock on our website due to the high amount of people trying to make a purchase. This will then cause a system error and allow a purchase to go through, even if our warehouse has exceeded it's stock level. We will allow 24-48 hours for the order to process and also try to source your item from another warehouse. However, if we are unsuccessful we will let you know and process a full refund.

Bought a Barcelona kit which was suppose to arrive a few days ago. Telling me the order hasn't even been shipped yet. Tried contacting them for at least an update on my order, and they've never responded. Fully convinced this is a scam company, please don't buy anything from them they won't ever deliver them.

Ordered trainers, JD sent order by Evri, they left the parcel at the side of my neighbours gate left out in the open, Not delivered to my address not delivered to a person! JD advised me by email they feel this was delivered correctly! Shocked to say the least i will never use this company again and recommend all people to avoid
