Items are good quality and priced reasonable. It just takes a long time to get stuff. Some items get to you quick others take over a month. Return process is fine but if you get the wrong color or size you have to decide if you really want it because most likely the item Wil no longer be available.
My experience with Choxi has always been excellent. I have received orders in timely, if I had questions, answered timely.

My orders that I place was confirmed but after not receiving my order i got worried and called. The representative told me that orders was been process. I received an email days after I had spoken with the representative telling me that my orders was not able to be ship and that my money would be refunded. I was disappointed because i have never had this problem before but i was glad my money got refunded.

I have been using choxi since it was no more rack. To now find out that you dont stand behind gour products is very frustrating. I will not order anything else from this company.

Out of three to fore years shopping only once was an item not what it was made out to be. I just return it and customer service took care of it. I still shop at the on line store and have a lot of friends & family shop here as well, we all love it.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
