I have ordered many products from Choxi, specially open cardigans and I get many complements when I wear them.
Chronic issue with "free shipping" flash sales, but on check out they bill me for regular shipping. Then I have to call to request a refund. Which I now need to track to make sure I get the refund, which I do receive. If other shoppers also have this issue, then Choxi is holding every buyers collective over-billing mistakes as additional funds or interest free loans. As a result, now when I shop a flash sale and the checkout cart does not show my sale prices or free shipping in my cart total, I walk out the door without buying. Issue 2: order one color purse & rcvd a different color. Suspect this is another computer related inventory matter, Since the tote is much nicer than expected for the price and the color will work for me - I'm happy but still need another tote for the original need. If what I rcvd was something I don't want then the return is costing me or the price is a write-off as a loss. And the item is given away. Issue 3: Item pictures or descriptions need more accurate picture color and/or specific details describing the items. Ex1) ordered scarves that looked like clear pastels but were actually muddy darks. Ex2) ordered tote thinking it was a single compartment, actually was a divided double compartment to use as a purse rather than a hobo style shopping tote. In both cases, better lighting on pic's or written detailed descriptions about the product differences would be appreciated. Happy customers means Repeat customers.
I WAITED ON SOMETHING I ORDERED AND WAS TOLD THE COMPANY DID NOT HAVE IT, I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED BUT CHOXI REFUNDED MY MONEY AND GAVE ME A CODE FOR FREE SHIPPING AND ALL IS WELL
The phone case(s) fit perfectly, the bright color makes them easy to find and the rubbery case acts as a protection against damage.

Choxi has consistently given me great deals! From home goods, like a cooking thermometer to great deals on coffee! Great sales and VIP bonus! Definitely a site I'll continue to use!
Most experiences have been good, however, there have been a few with problems. There was an order that could not be shipped but a credit was not issued nor was I informed until I followed up. Another order could not be shipped and a credit was not issued until I followed up. I have had system errors. I have had had to contact customer service on several occasions. The goods are generally good quality.

Although there have been glitches and a few errors and I'm waiting for a refund, these people are so nice they make you forget that stuff.

The $2 shipping per item in unbeatable. I ordered a clothes rack (or tree) and it cost $2 to ship. Sometimes they have 3 hour blocks of free shipping.
I recently took a survey on the aquamarine earrings in sterling that I bought. These also have to go back as the size and color do not match. As these are packaged and come in a velveteen bag, it is up to the mfgr. To catch those errors.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
