I still am missing 2 items from my order. No communication is unacceptable for a business. If I would have received any late notice for my items I would give a 4 star at least.
Got $10.00 off if I bought $50.00 worth. Chose 3 Items. Each came at a different time and I was notified that a different item had been shipped. On the Hanes undershirts had a nonworking tracking number. Everything finely got here. The quality was ok.
Ordered a watch l didn't receive. I got a refund, yet the watch was still being advertised for sale.

If a customer is requesting through the CHOXI application a shipping address change & can answer all security questions about the account, & items didn't even ship yet, the customers' request should be honored! That's exceptional customer service for your valued customers! Your shipped today email do not include carrier's name, tracking links don't always work, & USPS conveyed large additional fees for re-routing deliveries. DHL & FEDEX, do not even respond to my tracking requests, since I have been on medical LOA, so working with the carrier just a waste of time. Look at my long purchase history that Wiill end, because of the trouble & stress CHOXI has put me through while I'm I'll recovering!

Nice items at an of foldable price. However the sizes are smaller than normal so I advise you order sizes one larger.

I never had problems with nomorerack. Since it became Choxi I have to call about my orders not being delivered on time or not being delivered at all.
Although the shipping took a week or two I am very satisfied with my items. The price and the fact that it is easy and safe to order keep me coming back for more great deals. The pouches are universal and seem to be very sturdy. I haven't used them at the pool yet but I think I will do a test run to really confirm the waterproof part!

I did not want the eyelashes anyway. But the other three orders; 3pc. Bath set, lace shape panties, and boys shirt; I do not think you have done everything to get me these items. Look in order review for items numbers yourself.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
