I've bought several things from Choxi and was always happy with the service and delivery. The selections are numerous and have nice selections to pick from. I'll definitely buy more things as I need them.
One product, was not what I ordered, the other was too small. I was told to give away and forget about it. I did what I was told, & then I was called I was yelled at!
I am 83 + & all I asked for was a invoice to return products. I called several times for invoice& I guess they got irritated & then told me to just donate both.
I have not shopped since.
I ordered a mattress cover some weeks ago and I have not received it. I'll have to check my records to see if I was charged (been too busy with visitors and traveling).
I takes the orders a very long time to arrive. The products aren't usually true to size. When I a given credits from them and try to use them, I ALWAYS get the message that only 1 discount can be used, when in fact I had not used any. Thus not allowing me to use it. So to me it is just a scam. So I have not used your services at all.
I don't know if Choxi has change their customer service system, the last time I contact them was through email on their website. They should have at least a tel. Number handy to contact regarding any concerned the customer have.
It has been a beneficent partnership with your company and I have enjoyed the Free Shipment when offered and cheap benefit of Items offered!
I love Choxi however I feel that since the change from Nomorerack the prices are higher, if the prices were the same I would rate them with 150% and 6 stars because Choxi really is GREAT!

2nd- I haven't placed an order with this company in over a year, so- I don't know what you want me to do a recent survey about. They changed when ever the went to their new name, I didn't have the rapport with them, as I did when they were the other company- They lost a Customer b/c of dissatisfaction! I don't want my name out there like that, b/c of Spammers, and zi am not certain, that maybe be what you are considering the facts of my recent order, what do you consider recent, over a year! Please don't insult my intelligence!
CHOXI DROPPED THE BALL ON MAKING SURE MY RETURN WAS RECEIVED BY THE MANUFACTURER. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CHOXI AGAIN.

Contacted Choxi regarding an order I placed on March 13,2016. I ordered two items - one of which I received in a good timeframe. The second one, I just received an email two days ago that it had shipped. The response I received from my request was "you will receive an email when your merchandise is shipped and will be able to track it". Since I am a frequent Choxi customer I already knew that procedure. My question was why it took so long for the sheets to be shipped.
It's been over a year since I ordered from Choxi, and I can't remember what I even ordered! They do offer a very large inventory of items. I don't remember. Having any problems or difficulty.
I ordered boots which in spite of ordering them 2 sizes larger than I usually wear, were too small. I inquired about how to return them and they asked me to send them on to a new buyer and they would reimburse me. I sent them on to the new buyer and they reimbursed me for about 1/2 the cost to send them on. When I asked why, their customer service was really rude. I won't be doing business with them again ~ the boots were cheaply made, didn't fit and then for their customer service to be so rude. Probably worthwhile to note, returns (unless they ask you to send it to a new buyer) go to China and it may be more to send it back to them than the item costs.
Ordered 2 items. My credit card was charged right away, but only one shipped. More than 4 weeks later. They cannot give me an answer when it will ship.
I will never order from them again.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
