Had a $10.00 credit before order was placed. After placing order IT WAS $10.00 MORE. Rep kept saying it was right, ApparentlY does not know credit is taken off NOT ADDED. Finally got the Correct amount. However, I have already received my credit card bill BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED ITEMS ORDERED. Made telephone call to Choxi and was told YOU ALWAYS BILL AS SOON AS ORDER IS PLACED,. WE ll if I have NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER I AM NOT PAYING FOR IT. And this rep tells me it cannot be cancelled. So I have contacted my credit card company and told them I am not paying for this charge, so I guess you will be hearing from them, and you have LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER
...and it's annoying that I am still receiving unsolicited emails.
I ordered this cologne a month in advance for my son's upcoming birthday. I couldn't remember which Chrome cologne he liked, but I figured I'd send it back if it wasn't the correct one. Of course, it was the wrong one. When I sent an e-mail requesting a return postage label, I was advised it was a final sale unless something was wrong with it. That was the last time I ordered from Choxi. I believe if I purchase something from a company, it ought to be able to be returned.
I ordered a number of items. The items that I did receive did not fit as expected. The items were too small and were not true to size. The other items that were ordered, never arrived. When I called to inquire about the additional items, I was told that I would receive an email when the items shipped. That was 3 weeks ago. Still wait for the other items?
I was pleased with the time that the order was received. I received it in about 10 days.
I ordered 2 pair of aqua-marine stud earrings they were supposed to be blue
However they had zero color. I did not bother to return them because thy were at clearance price. Shipping them back would have cost more then they were worth. I will continue to shop at Choix when they get paypay.
It is always a please to buy from choking, however the searching is very frustrating one can spend hours going through horrendous list that has no ending only to encounter the same items repeatedly throughout. Sometimes I just give up and don't buy anything.
You need to fix this bug.
I don't normally order from here, but when I did it was great. The items came on time, some earlier than expected. It was packaged nicely, and the items worked as they should have. I was satisfied with this company, and would order again from them.
Item was not as expected. To return it would have cost me as much as the item so I endedup keeping it but was not satisfied with the item. A good return policy is what keeps people coming back. I will shop elsewhere.
When a product sounds to good to be true it generally is just that. I have found that the items purchased missing parts or less than what I was expecting them to be. Some of the items were obvious seconds or cheap knock offs. Be very careful on what you are buying and don't look at cost alone.
Usually they are pretty good at getting your orders to you on time, but my orders from the end of march, I have still haven't received them. Kinda Worried about my latest orders.
I've enjoyed all but one thing I've purchased and that item was fully refunded with no problem so I am very happy and will shop with Choxi many more times.
I have been a regular customer for several years. I always find great deals, and have often liked an item so much that I have returned and ordered the same item again, for myself and others! This has included jewelry, lamps, and boots. While shipping is only $2 per item, the free shipping for three hours almost every day (with rotating times, helpful for various work schedules) is a definite plus. And I have often received an offer for $10 off a $40+ purchase, usually good for 48-72 hours. Lots of reasons to keep coming back!
If nothing else I am very weak when it comes to ordering on line! However, the experience I had dealing with "NOMORERACK" was pretty good. This does not mean that I should keep doing this (ordering on line) and I have gotten my behavior under control.
Every time I had a return, instead of crediting my credit card that was used for purchase, a credit accumulated in my Choxi account. This was troublesome because I was being charged interest on my credit card and assumed the return was being credited back to the card. I had to request the credit back to my charge account several times before it finally happened. Everything is all squared away now and I hold no grudges... just didn't care for this set-up.
Items were as described and expected, delivery was prompt.
I ordered more than once and the items arrived pretty quickly and they were as described in the site. No complaints and will definitely order again!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
