I had ordered a phone case for my husband and didn't receive the order in the 10-14 day time frame. I opened a case with Choxi and then received the product shortly after. However, I realized once I received it I ordered the wrong product to begin with. I deeply apologize to the representatives for being rude and rash. I didn't check with my husband about which model that he had before purchasing. Now, here I sit with an iPhone 6 Plus case and $34 less in the checking account. I appreciate the promptness and the help, even though it was the wrong product. Thank you.
I love your site but why is it when you order something you have to keep asking where it is. Only to find out it was too popular and it is sold out. Can't you at least email us to tell us.?
Delivery time is longer than expected; follow-up emails aren't sent until an inquiry is made; I was sent the wrong item for items that had multiple choices (this happened to me twice). They charge your account right away before items are shipped, as you wait and wait for follow-ups. Not sure if I will order again.
Feel like the value was good and delivery was quick
I had a package which was NEVER delivered to me. I explained that I had never cheated anyone, and that I wanted to replace the order, and that I would pay for shipping. Not only did Choxi refuse to do this, but they forced my hand to go to the Hackensack Police Department to report a stolen or lost item from the mail. I did everything, got a $6 or $7 credit. I complained bitterly about it, and said that I had never been treated that way before.
I have stopped ordering from them because they are slow in getting your merchandise sent. Twice I had to follow up because I never received my items. It was only after I contacted them that they were finally sent.
I ordered an ab rocker and patiently waited over a month or two for delivery. I contacted Choxi and their solution was to just cancel my order and refund. What? Did I ask for it to be cancelled? Heck no! They claimed they no longer could get this product, however, even today I can still order this product from other sites. So why isn't Choxi fulfilling my order? This is awful for a company to conduct business like this. They should be doing whatever it takes to get this product for me. But until then I will continue to give them a less than one star rating and not order from them!
I have gotten 3 items and hey're all junk. A watch and matching wallet the watch in the picture had buttons on the side for the timer and it was fake when I got it. The timer was just in the watch it wasn't functional The head socks I got had holes in them after wearing them 5-10 times.
Item was not as good quality as advertised. Return process was difficult and not clearly noted on website.
Am so disponted doing business with you, since you become Choxi your company is nothing but disappointment am sorry to say this that I'll never recommend anyone to your company again. I was promised that I'll get my order within a week and it has taken seven weeks and I still don't have my order when I call to find out no one is able to tell me anything.
Seeing as I have NOT ORDERED anything, recently and according to this email it was OVER 1 yeasr ago. I CANNOT rate my service. BUt based on this being the 2nd "rating" email I have received, maybe you should check your records and send this type of email out in a little more of a "timely" fashion. Then, your ratings may increase to be more favorable.
The time it takes for delivery and customer service is slow to respond to questions and the responses seem just like they are read from a script not very detailed.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
