I am usually very pleased with prices and merchandise ordered through Choxi and order for friends. I have not been successful in sending them the $10 welcome gift, but will ccontinue to encourage them. I have told them about the emails you used to send with $10 off $30.
I have had s very rewarding experience in all of my dealings with Choxi. All of the items I have purchased have been of very good quality at very low prices. What more could you ask for,
I ordered a small metal dish drainer that had a metal tray to catch the water. The package arrived with holes in the thin plastic bag it was shipped in. When I tried to remove it from the thin box it was shipped in, I had a difficult time. Upon looking more closely at the box, I noticed the metal legs of the dish drainer were showing through the box, thus they were what had made the holes in the box. The wrapping of the product was very minimum and had more wrapping been done, the package may not have been damaged. I am unhappy with the way it looks as the dents in the tray take away from the look.
Had been waiting on item for almost 2 wks. Item was not available by seller. Didn't receive any info about this until I sent an email asking why I hadn't receive the item.
Service is good... shipping takes longer than I like, but the product was great and I am satisfied.
Have ordered on several occasions now and am pleased with everything I have gotten. Items come quickly and in excellent shape. Will certainly purchase more through them.
I have been ordering from Choxi for a very long time. I have had very excellent experiences including when customer service was required.
Items were mailed in great shape and in less time than expected. I love the shipping cost, 2.00 is awesome. Checkout was so easy. I will be using Choxi very often from now on.

I used to enjoy Choxi and bought many nice items from them, some at incredible prices. However, over the past six months, Choxi has gone downhill rapidly. First I didn't receive all the items I ordered. Then, instead of a refund for an item that they cancelled due to unavailability, they issued me a store credit instead of the usual refund. So I ordered some more items using my store credit, but after six weeks of waiting, none of them arrived and customer service gave me the runaround. So they issued me a store credit again, I waited two months, and still no action on items ordered. I just want my money back. Worse still, no way to get credit card to remove the charge as a lot of time has lapsed since you made the initial order and paid the credit card charge. Little did I know months ago that I would become caught in this web of deception. And yes, they are criminals.
All my experiences have been pleasant. Everyone has been courteous and everything handled quickly and efficiently.
I totally love this website! Two thumbs up! I have been very satisfied with almost all my purchases! The purchases that didn't work out Choxi's customer service took back the item no problem!

I actually brought two pair of these. One in white and one in purple. For the price and quality of the earrings you can't bet it. They are simply beautiful.

What a great little television set! I saw it on your site one day and thought it might be fun to have a pocket sized TV to enjoy. Well, I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would! So convenient, and great reception with its built-in antenna. I'm sorry you sold out of them. I'd buy some more for gifts. Hope you re-stock them soon.
I cannot get Choxi to resume my daily emails. Why they stopped I don't know. I contacted both Maria and Angel in Customer Service with no success and Angel even contacted Technical Support. I then called into customer service and although they apologized and said they would resubmit my request to be on email list, they could say why I was not getting daily emails. Why Choxi can continue to email me surveys but not daily events emails is ridiculous. Perhaps Choxi no longer wants me as a customer?
