I love the item except for one thing. The over the door hangers are too short. They need to be 6" longer so I can see more than the top of my head in the mirror. The item came packed fairly well, nothing broken or bent and arrived when it was supposed to.
I purchased a pineapple peeler and have not received it after 3 weeks. Let me know what happened. *******@optonline.net

I made a purchase from Choxi a month ago and received the wrong merchandise. The customer service rep. Sent me a email label tp print and I returned mdse and got a very promt refund... I love shopping here and have purchased most of my Christmas gifts for this year already, while saving tons of money

I purchased fybr- a natural Keratyn (sp?) product for thinning hair. I was tired of seeing my pink scalp every day. I have been amazed! I have since stocked up on them, in case you stop selling it. It is an answer to my problem... Order was filled extremely fast, and delivery prompt.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
