So far I have had a good experience with Choxi. They process orders pretty fast. If they are sold out of an item they email you to let you.
I have never had a problem, everything has been delivered in a good amount of time, and I have never had a problem with the merchandise. I have never had to call customer service, so I cannot rate them.
I have found myself making multiple purchases from Choxi as part of an ongoing renovation of a rental property. Price comparisons often lead me straight back to Choxi. I suggest you look here first for anything you need.

I just don't understand why I can't get the exact item I ordered instead of a replacement of what I ordered, i. E., two tablets, one blue, one pink. I got two reds, dah! No quality control anymore. I ordered an elbow brace, it had a notch in it for easy mobility. I got a copper brace, no notch. Urg.
My experience with Choxi has been great. NoMoreRack was ok too but it seems the products are better picked, and CS is excellent with Choxi.
I get great deals etc. BUT something that is still happening is that I feel some of the 'original' prices of items is way off. Sometimes I check the item online at other sites and their original price is way less than Choxi. So that's something that I think that Choxi might look at better. But overall Choxi is a great place for me to arm-chair shop.
Choxi.com always had great sales, and affordable shipping. Even when I needed to contact customer service it was not a problem. I definitely recommend shipping here

I've found items on Choxi that you don't normally find on other sites, and at great prices. I am a loyal customer, and I check Choxi everyday for great bargains. I especially enjoy the 3 hour free shipping notifications I've been receiving. Also, I've had the pleasure of receiving a $10 credit from time to time. The name may have changed, but not the great bargains and great deals.
