I find good specials on quality products with easy ordering and convenience.
I ordered 2 items. I received one quickly and the other never came. On the website it said my order was completed. I gave it 14 days and wrote to Choxi. They were not aware that the partner business had not shipped it. They got back to me and explained that there was an overwhelming response to the item and were not able to fill the order. It would have been nice that they told me or gave me credit right away. I had to contact them. How many other people are still waiting for their items? Yes, I did receive a credit for the item, in another 5 days. I would have rather had the item. Really hesitate ordering from them again. I hope that with the name change and it's expansion, that the service is not changing as well.
It was easy to find just what I was looking for and I am very happy with my purchase. It was not a long wait to get what I ordered!
Unfortunately, the item I ordered was lost in transit and the company it was being sent from did not have any more. I contacted customer service when I had not received the package and was alerted it had arrived. The issue was handled very quickly and professionally. I received a refund with no problem. I would be happy to purchase another product from Choxi.

I am quite pleased with both the Dryer Max Dryer Balls and Microfiber Magic Sponges. I was tired of sponges that fell apart all over the place. It is more ecological washing and reusing the sponges. Also, I have noticed laundry does indeed dry faster with the dryer balls.
The air purifier (2) of them look like kids toys, they are about 12 inches. Woo Hoo, I expected bigger. Not happy at all with this purchase, not worth what I paid for both of them, and not sure they will do what they are suppose to do. What a joke!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
