I was told that my Honeywell electronic bug repellents had been delivered, but they weren't. Then, they arrived on Friday or Saturday while we were out of town. Is that what this survey is for? When I called about the missing order, I was told to check with my neighbors. We live in the country! I would have to walk across 3 fields (full of ticks) to ask each one. What really happened to my order? Was a new one shipped? What happened to the first one that was supposedly left@ our door?
I have ordered lots of things with multiple orders. This is the only time I've ever had any problems. It is still one of my favorite shopping sites.

I ordered a package of socks on 8-28-15, and the money was taken out of my account and I still do Not have them! I also received an email that they had been shipped on 9-10-15, and Still have Not received them! On 9-17-15, they said, they were in Elkridge, MD! And still nothing?
Out of four items I purchased I returned one and was not able to return a second item. Did not realize it was a final sale and non-returnable. I now have an item that does not fit and I have no use for it whatsoever. I suggested an red alert notification for future users so this does not happen to others while ordering. Regrettfully, I will no longer order from this site. They did not even offer a store credit.
My tile floors were hard to sweep up all little bit, but this sweeper works perfectly for that purpose. Love it.
Seems to drag on carpet even after pushing carpet mode, but don't care, love love it for the tile floor.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
