I have ordered more than 100 items from Choxi (NoMoreRack.com) and have only ever had one problem, which was taken care of within days of my reporting it. The site has a lot of great stuff for great prices and customer service was good too.
So far I have been very satisfied with the products that I have received. The three pack bras are amazing. They are comfortable and pretty.

I make purchases from this site avidly, and I have experienced some frustrations, mostly with the vendors and the items they sell, rather than with customer service. I enjoy returning to this website to snap up unique pieces at sometimes significant discounts.
Ordered ink jets on August 31st and it took them almost 4 weeks to tell me the manufacturer didn't have them. Tablet was ordered and received but 2 months later didn't work. Wanted an exchange but manufacturer didn't have another one. Took 3 weeks to find that out. Had to order another brand that cost more money. Not impressed with Choxi.
I had a terrible experience with Choxi. I ordered a sheet set that couldn't be delivered and they offered no replacement ideas. The second part of the order didn't arrive for weeks. I emailed and the customer service rep told me I could not cancel the order. A week later I tried the chat and they cancelled the order. A lot of conflicting information and 4 weeks later, I received nothing I ordered and waiting for refund to be posted. I'm crossing my fingers that goes well.
I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews on the web. I'm glad I took a chance the table we purchased was very nice very easy to put together. It came right on time there was no damage to the box everything was great. I would recommend Choxi to my friends.

I received the four dresses. The colors and patterns are vibrant. Just what I wanted.
I have had relatively few transactions with NoMoreRack, but three times I have had my ordered abruptly canceled unilaterally by this vendor due to their inability to deliver the items ordered. Both times, I was not advised of the "unavailability" until nearly the time it was supposed to be delivered, and of course NoMoreRack had my money for two or three weeks before admitting they can't perform.
Now that they have changed their name to "Choxi", it makes no difference regarding their horrible consumer complaints history. The problems I am having are consistent with the complaints that were lodged against this company with the BBB and the New York State consumer affairs office -- and the numerous online rating sites I researched.
If this organization cannot immediately determine that their supplier has exceeded their order capacity, they should not be allowed to accept the customer's payment until they confirm availability.
I always enjoy viewing the products. I find it difficult to not order everything I would like to own
Have emailed your company concerning an item (watch) I haven't received as of this date. I placed the order on 09/04/2015. The 3 times I inquired was for a update and possible ship date but have never heard back from anyone. This will put your company on my S&$@ list and probably the "do not use list" maybe you can find out what the issue is here.
No one contacted me about my order not being available till I contacted them to find out why my order had still not shipped after 2 weeks!
Products are of good quality and prices can't be beat.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
