While I love their merchandise, their customer service needs help! I needed to know how to return a pair of mens shoes. I bought two pairs knowing one of them would fit my husband, but when buying online, you don't know until you get them. Naturally, the first pair he tried on did fit him. The others had to go back. BEFORE my problem was solved, Choxi sent emails stating: "Your request (#*******) has been solved. To reopen this request, reply to this email or click the link below:
https://choxi.zendesk.com/hc/requests/*******." My request was NOT solved. They need to better understand what it feels like to have someone claim your problem is solved when it was definitely not solved at that time. Thank you.
Very easy to use site, quick deliveries, no problems ever, highly recommended!
Choxi is an awesome website. Unique & everyday items can be found at great prices. They are always adding new products & every once in a while there are even items that are 100% OFF! You cannot lose when you shop with Choxi. It's like a treasure hunt!

The items came quickly and I am enjoying both the towels and top. However, the chill towels did not come with instructions nor did it say where it was made or if it was chemically free. I suspect it may be made in China
I have been buying from Choxi (formerly NoMoreRack) for over a year and I have never had any problems with them or any item I have bought from them. I have only had to return one item and it was done in a very professional manner and much to my satisfaction. I will continue to shop from them and have introduced several others to the company.

If you're diligent, you can get a lot of gift and necessity shopping done here - just be careful not to buy things because they are a good deal! (guilty:-)
I've ordered well over 100 products over the years and have always been satisfied. Once or twice a shipping issue arises and they are very good at resolving quickly. One of my favorite sites.
I have ordered several things and have been quite happy. However I have emailed customer service several times regarding order number ******* as to status of order to no avail! I said in last email that I will not order again from Choxi until I have info on my order. You have already charged me for the product.
Have not had any issues with product or not receiving the items. Have used this service for a few years now.
The watch, bluetooth speaker, twin mattress pad, twin mattress saver, foam alphabet and number set and boots all were better than I expected. The only complaint is that the boots are wide calf and not labeled as such.
I've used Choxi way before they became Choxi (nomorerack). It's a great site to score some awesome deals on high ticket items. You can usually always find something that you can't get in stores and it's just fun to browse!
Everything is fine, in general, but a couple of things I don't like. First, $2 shipping for EACH ITEM?!?!? I have often gone to the site to buy several things and then decided to scrap it all because the shipping for 5 little items--that should all be sent at the same time, in a single order--came to $10! And they didn't even weigh a pound! Talk about annoying! It's a great site and a good shopping experience if you're buying a single item that's heavy. Otherwise, the shipping cost is prohibitive. Also, when you look at items on the page, they change places all the time! That is really annoying. I go into an item to see the details, and when I go back, I'm never in the same place! It's frustrating so I don't go there often.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
