I ordered two, only one came and the box is very squashed. They were going to be gifts, but how do you give a gift with a squashed box!
I've ordered a variety of items from clothes to computer accessories to a small appliance. Delivery has been prompt, and the products are of good quality. Will order again.
I'm quite pleased with the two items I purchased most recently. But, I was a bit disappointed to find out that because I took advantage of the free shipping, saving $2, I was not able to use my $10 credit on the purchase. I placed that order mainly because I had that $10 credit (which has since expired). So I was not pleased with that aspect of the order.
Choxi offers fantastic deals on great products. Delivery is quick and I'm always pleased. Simply put, Choxi is amazing!

Since I began shopping at Choxi a year ago I have always been very satisfied with their products and of course their remarkable customer service. I work in a telecommunication enviroment as a CSR and therefore know what it is to give and receive great service and this is what CHOXI always provide. Products are always of great quality and for this I am happy. I therefore would not hesitate to recommend CHOXI to my friends and to people who appreciate good things in life

Great customer service, awesome products, generous frequent customer gifts ($10 off coupons every couple of weeks in my email) and low cost shipping! Most of the deals say they have a time limit, but I usually run across them over and over, so even if you miss something the first time it will generally turn up again... and if there is a problem with any product their customer service will refund your money with no hassle.
My order was delivered quickly and accurately. Prices are great, and many items to choose from, I enjoy this site and they gave me a $10 off my lst purchase.

I had asked about adding a plus size for men that would go beyond 2xl. I got a return email from a Manny, stating that it was the Manufacturers who Choxi but's from, that won't or don't have these type items. Carry these items, This si not verbatim but that's what I understood. For this type answer and response, I will no longer be buying anymore items fro Choxi. I have been a loyal customer for a long time now and am sorry that it has come to this. I just was asking a question and I fell like I was just brushed aside because no one wanted to take the time to really check and find an answer for me.
I received a pair of boots that were scratched & worn looking. I was given an authorization & mailing label almost immediately after contacting customer service. I mailed the boots back but have not been given credit to my credit card account yet. The tracking number does not work. They were mailed on 9-22-15. I have no way to know if the boots were received by the correct source.
I had a item that I was not totally satisfied with and Choxi gave me a credit because of it and I was not expecting it at all. I thought it was very nice.
I never had a problem with any order or product I purchased from Choxi. I only wish that I could buy everything I see and want. If you haven't bought from Choxi yet, give them a look. I guarantee you'll find something you can use.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
