I am still waiting for a resolution on the return of a defective product. I followed the instructions provided by the CSR email, yet they still had to contact me, again, to request information that I had already forwarded to them.
Poorly handled, and obviously a poorly structured business model.
Ordered as a gift. Can't beat the price and the delivery time was just a few days. I will definitely use site again.

I just happened to be shopping for a new mattress cover. The description sounded just perfect for my needs. Made a purchase, delivery was on time as estimated. I am very pleased with the quality.
Good Seller, in time delivery, products are good but website is very annoying & frustrating. Takes time to load + always open a pop up and asking log in which I never observed in any eCommerce site + products are also not classified well, women's department contains men's t-shirts.
They have to focus on website.
I have been a customer for some time and have ordered many items, bedding, shoes, vacuum, many clothes. I have been totally very satisfied, however it just happened that after the change to Choxi I have experienced inferior items. One was a pair of shoe that had no backing on the inside heel. The gobs of glue was exposed. So I just threw them away even though I could have sent them back. I have limited my shopping.
I was very satisfied until I sent you a text asking where the batman superman laser tag was I have not received them and I have not received a response from Choxi about their where abouts I don`t like paying for something and not receiving it please check on it

This site has a lot of wonderful deals on a large variety of products and product types. While you might have to search a bit and look around, it still is a bargain and the deals and products are updated daily!
I love the articles, quality and precies We have a lot options to choice in Choxi the only problem is the order for shipp them, come the last orders and late mire that made before. But I satisfied when I comunicated missed me articules in one order recived and the company sent me those articules. And my confident retuned to them. In general I enjoy looping for some excited in the page.
I've received a different product over the last 12 months, a total of 3 x's now, that wasn't what I had ordered and that is disappointing.
For the most part my experiences have been have been satisfacty every now and then i may receive a broken item, but i do find that the items are of high quality but i do find that sometimes it is difficult to send items back because i do not have a printer so its easier for me to just keep the item, because i am handicap and thats why i shop on line, but that doesnot keep me frm telling friends and family abt how nice your company is to shop frm.
It was the wrong item I would guess but I called and it was taken care of quickly and with no problem. I will still do business with this company and will tell my friends to do business with them as well.
Liked the items, although purse didn't come with shoulder strap and sewing basket velcro was ripped off. What can I do about this?

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
