Everything I have purchased from Choxi has been of good quality, with the exception of a camera I ordered. I had actually ordered two on two separate occasions. The first one was for my granddaughter. She has taken such great pictures with it, so, I ordered one for myself. It clearly said it was a refurbished camera and I knew that; however, the screen was cracked and numerous scratches were on it. I had no problems sending it back, and everytime I have had to contact customer service for something, there was an immediate response, the problem was taken care of, and I will continue to purchase from Choxi.
Everything that I have order from Choxi has arrived on time and in good condition.
I'd lost one of a pair of earrings I really loved. I searched everywhere for a replacement pair, and you had them in stock for a very good price. Thanks to your easy ordering and quick shipping, I have a pair again!

I bought a pair of Dawgs boots for my daughter for xmas. I buy a size up because they are thick, they came in a proper time and look great. I have bought them before and my girls 10 and 12 love them. My niece had some but they came apart at the sole. We have 3 pairs and no issue
I have shopped several times on Choxi. Each time check out was quick and easy. Each product I purchased was of excellent quality. The price I paid for merchandise was amazing.
My experience: When I placed my order there was a $10 coupon. I entered the coupon and it was reflected in the total price of the order, but, when the confirmation email was sent to me the coupon was listed--but NOT reflected in the total price to be charged to my card. This is the second time this has occurred in my orders.
Purchased insulated hooded sweatshirt for a Christmas gift. A hard to find item was easy to purchase. No problems and service was great.

Sweet little air purifer. Makes awesome night light and the air last about 3 hrs. But worth the prce.
Sadly, they are not updated quick enough anymore to keep you from not receiving the items you purchase. Therefore, leaving you to have to email, call & wait for your refund. It happens quite often anymore sadly.
Prior to Christmas, I was a fan of this site. They had some unique items and pretty decent prices, their shipping wasn't the fastest but with lower prices something has to be sacrificed. Then this year, after Black Friday they screamed " guaranteed arrival for Christmas" well as a consumer I trusted this and started my holiday shopping, big mistake. They cancelled two orders I placed even when it showed the items were available for purchase but the "nail in their coffin " came when they cancelled an order I placed on 12/4/15 two days before Christmas! Their excuses are always the same "the supplier was unable to fulfill the order" but as a consumer I rely on them to make sure of this before you list an item for sale. Their full of apologies which is "BS"on an order placed 20 days before the holidays as far as I'm concerned, I placed the orders because I wanted my stuff not excuses! I'll never order from them again because your not guaranteed you're getting anything!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
