I find great bargains each time I go to the Choxi website. Yes, there are definitely a few things (earrings & a handbag) that said retails for $129.00, and I paid around $10 or $15 for that were worth Choxi's price, but I would never had paid $129.00 for the items. Everything is delivered in a timely manner. I have been ordering from this company for over three years, and there was only ONE time that they made an error in my order. They sent the wrong color of a watch & went out of their way to make it right. I find that the prices & quality are actually quite good.
Very pleased with Choxi. Since they have taken over NoMoreRack I immediately found that they expanded their product lines in all dept. Always fun to take a look and love the fact that once in awhile they email me a coupon for their site. Keep up the good work!
After a problem with delivery, the order was completed and I am happy with my products.
Eye makeup that arrived completely broken up and not returnable was given a 50% refund. It should have been completely refunded in my opinion, I am a valued customers who consistently purchases from Choxi and has few bad products.
Products are generally good, but shipping can take a long time to get.
Happy with Salt & Pepper Shakers and Ponte Knit Pencil Skirt. Very, Very dissatisfied with the Shoreline Bias - Cut Crochet Top. Reviewed the size chart, but it was not at all accurate. Top fit's my Granddaughter who is 11 (size small) and I am an 185 pound woman. The size chart said it would fit up 190lbs. It would be helpful if it is known what clothes are made for tiny chinese woman rather than American Women.
I shop Choxi mostly for gifts since I can ship directly to my family and friends. They love the surprise and I love the quality and price! Too many times I am tempted to keep gifts for myself. Many times reorder same thing again.
Much to choose from and can't beat the prices!

Ordered a pair of the MuK-Luk house shoes for an elderly relative. These were really a great looking pair and gave her the ability to wear them outside as well as inside as they had a sole that allowed this. She will enjoy these this winter. They were shipped right away after the order and the description was accurate.
I spent a long time looking at what is available. My first order was delivered with one item taking extra time.
It looks like good merchandise and I will know more at Christmas.
A company should stand good on what they sale. Not offer you a 1/2 price return if you buy another bunch of stuff. After a fight they did give me a credit what I really wanted was a replacement for the defective product

I ordered six pairs of leggings... when they came there were 5 pairs and a pair attached to a mini-skirt. I am 52 years old. I don't wear mini-skirts. I really want the other pair of leggings that I paid for. I love shopping with Choxi, but I really want what I ordered.
I've written I don't know how many emails, asking you NOT to ship two orders, because the wedding had been cancelled, neither had been shipped when I asked. They were however sent. Because they couldn't be delivered, were returned and then resent! I asked you to Please stop, because no one was living at that address now. So here I am, out $50.00, no one got the gifts, and they were probably picked up by anyone seeing them sitting there on the door step! One was a two tear dish rack, and the other was a set of silver wear. I've already sent one of these, so U should know how I feel. Thank you.
Many products are cheaply made. If your order is lost you only get your postage refunded.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
