I decided to give Choxi another chance. BIG mistake. I had ordered a Seattle Seahawks throw and a pair of earrings as Christmas gifts. Today I got a Dallas Cowboy throw and a earrings/necklace set also Dallas Cowboys. I also got an email from Choxi saying a different order had been delivered yet I have not received the item in question.
I contacted Choxi customer service. They sent me two return labels via email. I do not have a printer or access to one. The items must be packaged in specific packaging and returned via UPS. Then I get to wait for Choxi to get the items and process my return to get a partial refund. Never will I shop here again.
I love Choxi and have been very satisfied with the items I have purchased. However their website often gives inaccurate information on the customer orders page. I have had to contact customer service multiple times because of this. Five times just in the past month. On one of my purchases the item just was not being shipped by the supplier. I contacted customer service and they offered to cancel my order since they were unable to get information from the fulfillment center. After agreeing to cancel I received another email from another customer service rep telling me I could not cancel. I wrote again asking why when that was offered by the first customer service rep. I got a reply back from a third customer service rep and was told that my order had been cancelled but I would not get a refund for 7-10 business days. I still had a few items on my Christmas list to buy but I will not be buying them from Choxi. I would rather have to search for the items I want or even pay a little more than to have to deal with such poor customer service.

I am always so excited when I get the packages and I can't wait to open them. Even though they are purchased for Christmas gifts and not myself, I am just as excited as if they were for me. I also can imagine how please they will be. I love the faux fur throw blankets. Thank you for having such wonderful gifts that I can afford.
Im sorry I have to write this. Iv been with n. M. r. 4 a few years. Choxi gave me a 20 dollar credit and was told by 3 reps., that it was good until dec. 5th, when I went 2 use it on nov. 30th it was gone. When I called the rep said there was no record of it. I asked if they could check the phone records, they said they couldn't check. I wasn't lying, I did have one, three reps saw it. N. m. R. always honered a credit until it was up. You r rushing people 2 shop, making them hurry. Your customers might need 2 wait 4 their next paycheck. I have allways told people about n. M. r.,. I got a friend 2 buy last weekend, before this happened 2 me, she spent over 400 dollars. I will tell her 2 b carful sopping with u from now on. Choxi is not n. M. r. I trusted them. Choxi is getting some bad reviews I can see why. If u screw your customers they wont come back. Remember the publics not stupid. So get it while u can. I would like 2 feel good again about shopping with u. Thank u.
The quality of the linens I purchased were better than the description. The price was crazy savings. Very pleased with my purchases.
I love Choxi! It's my "go-to" place for everything I need that is too expensive elsewhere. And if anything goes awry, the customer service representatives are right there to investigate and remedy the problem. It's simply incredible the variety of what you carry, and the savings are too. CHOXI FOREVER! That's what I have to say. Have recommended it to everybody I know.
I have ordered various items of clothing, and have been very pleased with the items and prices. I have also received the items very quickly.
My experience went well, only issue I had was offering items a month in advance just to be emailed weeks later that they were not available. They should not post what's not in stock.
I am always very pleased with the products I buy at CHOXI. Products are not seconds and an excellent buy.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
