Items were delivered as promised and some even arrived earlier. Was very pleased with the item that I have received thus far.
My item was shipped to GA instead of NY. I sent messages explaining that someone put the wrong label on my item and all I get back from them is that it was delivered. I know it was delivered but not to me! The receipt I have from the order has the correct ship to address on it.
The clothing I received is extremely large and could fit a man of a medium build. I am 5"7 and weigh 115#'s. This is more of a nightshirt, for me.

I am not happy with some of my orders. I won't go into detail on all but after waiting a month on onei item thaytwasshipped to a state several states to me, Choxi cancelled the order and only refunded me part of the cost of the item. They were sorry so I was told. I have ordered many items from Choxi but won't be now.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
