I have had goo experience with Choxi. Some of the items were not quite as good a quality as I might have preferred but everything arrived quickly performed well.
I always have a great experience with Choxi. I do not have any complaints.
My only concern was how Long it took to arrive.
I had to call to find out when to expect it.
And It was not delivered to my home -
Had to drive 30 mins to the Post Office to get it.
Most all our packages are delivered to our front door by UPS or Fed EX.
Would have at least to be notified about the delivery time, date and method.
Otherwise it wa agreat product for a great price.

My experience with Choxi was delightful. There was a variety of merchandise I purchased, each quality items. There was a notification sent when the package was shipped and one when delivered. The prices were good and customer service excellent.
I bought earrings for my granddaughter, and though they're pretty, they're smaller than I expected.
I have ordered several items and have received my items promptly. All items have been as advertised. I would recommend Choxi.
I like the items that I have purchased. I enjoy getting the coupon codes! Customer service has always been helpful when I have called in with a question.

I wish I had. Almost a month and no item or any status updates. 24 hours to answer my inquiry, which basically said "we don't know, but you can cancel."
In this day and age, hard to believe an online retailer can be this poor.
My sister sent me their link that said if I sign in, that I would get $10 off my first purchase. So like a "sucker for a deal" I did! Never got the $10 at the end of the order. I emailed customer service, and they said, I didn't get the $10 because I had signed up with their company in 2012! And then they showed me the email address that I "supposed" to have used in 2012. NOT EVEN CLOSE!. Then they made some other lame excuse. I told them to just "forget it, keep yr $10" Never the less, I got the order pretty quickly, which was a blanket. The blanket was poor quality. It was full of some kind of fiberglass particles! The blanket didn't have a manufacture sticker on it with washing instructions... BEWARE... VERY CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCTS
There is no comparison. Did most of my christmas shopping early this year through Choxi. Great deals on great products. Sometimes they credit one's account when something bought went out of stock, but I'm happy with the items they do ship. GMy only regret are the items credited that I don't recieve cause the deals are so great they fly and before you know it, items are out of stck. Free shipping or $2 per item shipping... can't beat that.
Placed an order on June 8th because I was given a coupon. My credit card was immediately debited. After 4 weeks I wrote Customer Service about my order. They actually told me I didn't order anything because there was no tracking number so I gave them my order number and credit card receipt. Still was told there was no way to determine my order status because there was no tracking number. I finally filed a report with the BBB, my state's attorney general's office and the Federal Trade Commission. Still nothing. Choxi finally notified me 2 months after I placed the order that it was never processed and credited my card with me paying two months worth of interest. What a rip off company. They are now sending me $25 coupons to trick me into more orders. Not in this lifetime.
My granddaughter was needing some new boots & I came across these. Great price on a great brand. She loves them!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
