I have ordered many items and have been pleased with the service, delivery and product description. I literally get "Everything & more" from Choxi
I have never had a problem with previous orders. But I have been waiting for this one to arrive since it has Christmas gifts in it.

Just what I was looking for says it all always find just the right item
My VERY first purchase was a disappointment... BUT since then ( a couple yrs have passed) I have been very happy with all my purchases and appreciate stretching my hard earned dollars.
Did not receive an item (no matter what you order, it comes in one by one); when I asked for them to trace it, they gave me a run-around, said I could trace it myself. I want a refund and I'm still waiting for some resolution.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
