I have done most of my Christmas shopping with Choxi. Great prices and selection. A few items I had to return. Contacted customer service and had a response the next day. Very efficient. They really know how to take care of their customers.

I needed to find out if an order I placed was being shipped to my address or due to the recent order I made for my grandson in Texas where I changed the address on my account to have the tricycle I bought for him to be sent directly to him at his address caused a problem for my order for myself to be shipped to my grandson's address as well? Did this make sense? I hope so!
I suggested to the agent that it should be easier to pull up an order by a telephone number in case an order number cannot be located at the moment. I suggested this as a better solution in saving time with regards to pulling up order history.
In any case, the situation was resolved and, my order was delivered even a day earlier than expected to Florida and my subsequent order to my grandson's address in Texas arrived safely, albeit a day later than suggested. No harm done and everyone is happy.
They listen and respond quickly. Helpful with returns, too

Was very disappointed in the operation of this I pad. Very slow. The only thing this is good for is getting your mail. Forget about playing games, or watching videos. Slow loading... A piece of junk! Would send it back, but a waste of time and money,, will put it on the shelf were my other one that I purchased a year ago... Never again
I ordered three items on this day. My Dawgs shoes were of the quality I expected. The earrings I received are of a size that would be perfect for a small child. Very tiny. I also ordered a kitchen scale and it was not shipped. There really never was a reason given, but at least I wasn't charged for it.
I have shopped hundreds of times on this site and will continue to do so. Every bit of their service has been wonderful.

I have previously purchased Choxi/nomorerack and had great experiences so I am not sure what is going on now. I ordered the E. L. FF. Makeup boxes over a month ago and I am still waiting. There is a ticket in to investigate but I am still waiting.
I have had a great experience with Choxi. Every once in a while they send me an email giving me $10 off any order over $30, and sometime free shipping for the next 3 days. I don't always need things right then, but usually they have the things I need at the cheapest prices.
I was so disappointed with customer service. One of my items that I purchased for Christmas was sent to CT and I Live in SC. When I called for help I was told I must wait 3 Business days for them to contact the delivery company! Then after that they will see what can be done? The Item is already paid for and I need it before Christmas. As a Manager myself I would have offered to ship a new one to me immediately. How is the delivery company going to help me?

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
