I've ordered items from Choxi several times and find that the ordering process is easy and fast. Prices are reasonable and less expensive than similar products in stores. The items have a thorough description and have arrived in good condition and have met my expectations as described. The sign up and payment process is quick and clear. I'll continue to shop on Choxi.
My first order was perfect. My second order was not delivered at all.
I did get a prompt letter when i called explaining why they cannot deliver. Problem with the supplier. My third order for a pressure cooker came on time but it does not work. Switch for setting time does not work. My son has contacted the supplier as instructed on the box.
My experience is generally good but lately the time frame for receiving the items I ordered has been too long. For ex. It took from Dec 1st to Dec 14th to get one item I ordered..
It takes over two weeks for shipping... there in NY not China... This is horrible. I ordered on 12/11/15 in the early morning. And I have to wait 2 weeks for shipping and then wait for delivery. I contacted customer service and they were NO HELP. Only kept telling sorry we can't help you. I wanted my order cancelled but they tell me I can't. This is my first time using Choxi.com and it will be my last.
I ordered some winter boots and they arrived very quickly and w/o any hassle. This is my 2nd product through Choxi and I am never been disappointed. I will order again.

You sent this request but did not include information on which order you are referring to. In general, I find that Choxi ships fast, and has reasonable prices. Not all products are great & returning those can be difficult. They do not ship in bags that can be reused to return, do not provide return shipping labels, and some of their products manufacturers require you return the original bag, packaging, tags & product. I've been pretty happy with most purchases, but due to the difficulty in returning, have had to keep leggings that split at the seam while trying them on.
I have loved everything that I have ordered and appreciate them letting me know when it ship's and if there's a problem
My experience was great! My boots fit wonderful! They were shipped quickly and they were purchased at a reasonable price. I love them!
Very pleasant! Even when I had a pricing problem it was resolved quickly and and easy. Everyone was nice.
I placed 2 orders Dec. 4th expecting they will arrive by Dec. 19th. After I noticed they hadn't shipped, I called Customer Service and was told they are guaranteeing delivery by Dec. 25th. No where did your website mention not delivering in a timely manner. I asked if a call can be made to have my items shipped but ad of today, Dec. 14th, the items still haven't shipped. I would rather ordered my items from somewhere who would have timeky shipping.

So far out of the two pairs, I have been wearing the black ones... very comfy, warm, fits well. Packaged nicely. No marks... came timely. Enjoying!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
