Everything I have ordered from Choxi has met my expectations. Shipping has been fast and I am very satisfied.
This season I did most of my shopping with Choxi. The merchandise is quality, the delivery most of the time, great. The customer service is truly a good experience which reflects on the entire Team. Thank you for the less stressful way to shop.
I was very pleased with Choxi for the most part but during this busy season it has failed me. It tells me stuff has been delivered but it has not. Most times it is right on but there are several items that it asks me for a review and I haven't even received the item.
I love this site. It's easy to maneuver. The prices are affordable and the quality is unbeatable.

Placed two orders for Christmas gifts for my sons. 3 1/2 weeks later, nothing!
I have called Customer Service, only to get the run around. They told me I needed to email my issue. Did that, and received standard response form letter. Responded to that, same form response. Send another email regarding the lack of delivery, same exact form letter as a response as the previous two.
These guys suck!
Don't believe me? Look them up on the Better Business Bureau's website.
Save yourself the headache. Use a real internet seller. Not these crooks.
WHAT a joke- we placed out order on 12/6 was assured by the live chat 3 days ago it would be here- called today 12/23 to find out where it is to be told the order was cancelled and we should receive our refund in 7 to 10 business days. HAHAHAHA NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL.
I brought two tablets from this Damn website. I brought a blue and pink tablet. The tablet was suppose to be a 16 piece set with a keyboard case, 10 stylist and other stuff. I paid $49 plus $2 shipping. I ordered my first tablet 12-5-15. The other I ordered on 12-11-15. I just received one black tablet today with none of the extra stuff that I paid for. It looks and feels kind of cheap too.
I am waiting for the pepper spray or a refund. I've made several attempts to track package. The USPS TRACKING PAGE FOR THIS ITEM HAS BEEN STUCK ON IN TRANSIT since 12-7-15. I am getting the run around from Choxl customer reps and they want me to do there job. I didn't mail it and I didn't receive it so I will take a refund if you don't want to help me get it. It's been over a month.
Bought a tablet which was suppose to include 10 pens, a case, and a keyboard, all I got was the tablet, the only reason I bought from them was for the extras, I also bought a few other products which I never received this site is garbage, do not waste your time or money with them unless you like having to go through all there bull$#*! waiting periods and excuses, also there support is terrible no matter what I ask they continue to tell me the same things over and over along with a few other people I have talked to, I will NEVER EVER be buying from this site ever again!

Jeggings were very poorly made with bad zippers on pockets. The front zipper closing was bad... hard to zip. Pocket zippers kept coming unzipped then one broke. Choxi gave me a refund but I still haven't received it.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
