Almost immediately after putting forth an inquiry of an order that had not yet been received, I received an acknowledgement of my inquiry. Christina A quickly responded saying it would be looked into and I would receive a followup email. Indeed, 2 days later I had an answer to my inquiry and received my order soon after. Choxi's customer service is amazing!

I ordered from Choxi for the first time & am pleased, so far. It is still too soon to know how well the items I ordered will hold up but they seem to be as described & of good quality. I ordered some leggings, a cape-like wrap, & some nice sheets. If the quality proves to be as good as appears... I have become a new & satisfied customer of Choxi!
I like Choxi because it a continuation of the previous service. One thing I wish could happen is if some of your items could also be ordered by phone from you even if it is not featured in your next emailed catalog. I love shopping with you. Keep it up.

Once I order the package gets here in a fair amount of times. Some items have been of the best quality while others are a real disappointment. They're either too small or damaged.
I will continue to order some things on your site but some things I will not be ordering because of the fear of being disappointed.
Most items I have received are of good quality, it would be nice if the pendants had more detailed description about size. I will continue to use Choxi.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
