All of my Christmas shopping was on line, not all at Choxi but a good portion of it! I loved most of the products I ordered. There were a couple of things that had to go back but they made to easy to return things too.
This is a great offer and i will be buying more i have one for each month. I hope these are still for sale. Great item
Great to work with. Had to return for a larger size, they were so quick in their response and it was very easy to return the boots!
The product came after xmas for my little one then as I opened the packaging, I noticed that it was completely crushed and ruined! I immediately called up explaining what had happened to the package and was instructed on the return. A month later and I was refunded my money! That's great however, my 6 year old has no batman light! Not good, no proper communication with vendor to Choxi. I will be getting this product from AMAZON, and I'm quite sure that they will send it out in a box as it should be! Who in their right mind sends out a light in a bubble wrapped package and not expect it to be either thrown around by the postal service and have it destroyed (as it was when we received it)!
Common sense dictates that it should have been placed in a box with the original packaging!
I was kept informed of the progress of my orders and both orders were as described.
We love the products and service that Choxi provides. Free shipping hours on a daily basis and coupons are a big plus! It's an amazing site.
I called customer service to see where my order was since it was overdo. They were very friendly and were going to look into my problem ASAP, and they did. I got an e-mail from them today that my order has been shipped. Remember, if your order seems like it's taking longer than they stated, don't be afraid to call customer service because they will take care of it immediately.

I have received some of what I ordered. But the order had my blue sheets and I had ordered a reversible blue comforter which I never received making the blue sheets useless.
I haven't gotten anything from Choxi that I haven't been satisfied with. Good products and good value.
I order many items on Choxi and I am never disappointed! The items come quickly and every time something is delivered I feel like it is Christmas. The jewelry is beautiful, and many pieces have become my favorites!
Choxi products always are well packaged for shipment and are delivered promptly. I'm pleased with the merchandises I've received.
The sheets were great. I would order more of them. The clothes have not been satisfactory at all. They run extremely small so you never know what size to order. I will not order any more clothes from this site.
Mailing is slow. Refund of purchases is very slow and not easy.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
