Great product, good prices, but shipping time could be improved.

Overall, the products are exactly what is advertised. No issue. Would've given 5 stars except I've had to wait for several weeks for shipping on an occasion or two

When I noted on a customer survey that I wasn't satisfied with a product, Choxi proactively reached out to me to suggest that I return it. They then emailed all of the labels and authorizations necessary to complete the return and processed quickly. That was my first return to Choxi and it compared favorably to other vendors.

I've been happy with everything I've received, my only complaint is that you emailed me a $10 off coupon and the site wouldn't let me use it. Kept trying several times with no luck before it expired.

I have been extremely satisfied with all my Choxi purchases. I have ordered fun stuffs for me and a few gifts for family. Everything is as expected, and I love opening the packages.

After reviewing a deal, whether you bought it or wanted to continue looking at more items, when you left the view deal it took you all the way to the beginning of the items instead of where you left off. Finally, got so frustrated I left the site all together. Spend a lot if time for nothing. You should consider a fix for this issue.

Choxi always has good prices, but this time I received a $10.00 off $30.00 discount and that made the purchase a little sweeter. Shipping was fast.

I've placed several orders with Choxi and everyone has been great, customer service is wonderful when you have a problem or a return. Shipping is quick and always packed well. The site is full of great buys all the time and they have about anything you might be looking for in a gift for family or a friend as well as wonderful things for yourself.

Very pleased with the seat covers, but had a hard time setting up the smart watch

Its been a pleasure shopping with choix, I have been very satisfied with their products and merchandise.

It was very easy to shop Choxi. I got my floor mat recently. I was in no rush to get the mat so it didn't matter that it didn't arrive within a week. The mat is a little small for my liking but that is my problem since I am poor in trying to visualize the length of the mat when the dimensions were given to me.

No problem ordering, was very easy and quick.
Every thing I have ordered was shipped right away and arrived in excellent shape and looked just as on their advertisement.

I have oordered from Choxi quite a few times. I have always had good communication th them. I love the products.

I love the site. The only thing is returns are hard. I'm an older person and they sent the label on my phone. I had to find a printer. Then there's several more steps. It's difficult for people who aren't tech savvy.

My overall experience with Choxi was very good. The only problem I found, that the shoes/boots run extremely small. Even ordering up a size did not fit. Manufacturing should make an adjustment. I needed a size 10 clog when I wear a size 8. Had to return and reorder from size 9 to size 10. Ordered a size 9 boot and could not even get my foot in it. Return process is good, no postage needed.

Very good -- very reasonable prices, very prompt delivery, very dependable.
