Everything I have purchased from Choxi has been top rated! I love the sheets they sell for $20 for a 4 pc set. You can't get that from Walmart, especially the type of sheets Choxi sells!
Awesome, I had a problem with a necklace I purchased being defective and I received a prepaid label to ship it back, I haven't received my refund yet, but I am confident that all will go well.
I don't have no complaints just shipping is kind of long sometimes or only if they mess my orders up but everything I order delivered.

I order a lot stuff from this site and everything is always in great condition and arrives on time! Good quality products and affordable and returns are easy!
Ordered a two-pack of stereo Bluetooth headphones, but after charging them fully, one of them presented sound from the left ear only, and the other one presented only mono sound (no stereo). As everyone knows, Choxi items are not returnable. The packaging had to be cut open and the headphones had to be charged, paired, and tested. Even if I DID send them back, it would cost me too much in shipping charges. Why sell defective items?
The dress that I bought was too small it was an XL. The lady on the phone said it was discontinued so just donate it and if they get a larger size they will send it. I never expected to see another one but I received one in a 1XL and it fits perfect! It is a different color but I still like it. The first one must be mis marked because it was much smaller then the 1XL. It was so great that you cared to get one to me that would fit. I was surprised that you didn't make me return the first one too. I have bought several items from you and they have all been excellent quality and service.
I have shopped several times with Choxi and have have been very, very pleased with almost all the items. I have found unique items for family for Christmas this year at great prices and they have been just as described when they arrived. I would highly recommend Choxi shopping for most items except the jewelry, (Out of the few jewelry items I have ordered, not all looked as nice as I would have expected, but the pricing was too economical to return them.)
Like other shopping websites, Choxi's item are not made cheap, they are affordable and lasting! I shop at Choxi all the time, i also like the flat rate of $2 shipping and in the evening 0$, where else would one get this? Another plus is the variety of merchandise, just WOW.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
